After Tobias leaves I lay down on the couch and close my eyes. My side and back don't hurt as bad but still they ache pretty consistently. I don't know how long I stay like that but eventually I hear a knock at the door.
I know it isn't Tobias, he has a key and would have just come in by now. Christina or any of my friends would have yelled by now for me to open the door so it can't be them. I decide against opening the door since I don't know/want to deal with the person outside. That's when I here a slight crack and them the noise of splintering wood and the door breaking down.
