"Dead?" Jeongyeon slowly said.

"Yes. You heard that right. Dead."

"Ho-how?" Jeongyeon asked.

"No more questions about how. We obviously have so many ways." The chief replied.

CHAPTER 2 — "HER?!"

"She's on the list of our death row. That's why we need to get rid of her." The chief added.

"—But, that punk pleased us for another month for her to live. How pathetic she is."

"Alright, give me her infos and I'll start reading about it." Jeongyeon said.

"Cool." The chief said as he handed out Jeongyeon the clear binder.

"So.. Officer Yoo.. I guess I'll see you tomorrow then?"

"Yeah. I guess so."

"That's it for now. Thank you for coming."

"That's nothing. It's my job." Jeongyeon said as she slowly close the door.

While going downstairs, Jeongyeon opened the clear binder containing the informations about the person that she's going to handle tomorrow.

"Im Nayeon... 24... she's older than me then."

"She massacred the family of his parents killer— Woah, that's sick."

"Drugs and Alcohol abuse. That's prolly why she killed them."

Jeongyeon was shocked by Nayeon's beauty shown on her pictures.

"How can be a psychopath as pretty as this?" Jeongyeon asked herself.

As she was about to go home, she decided to look for Nayeon.

"Excuse me. Where is the cell 219 located at?" Jeongyeon asked.

"Are you a visitor? If yes, it would be dangerous to."

"No no no, I'm an Officer. I'm on my duty on being her guide for this month."

"Oh— well then. Follow me."

Surprisingly, most of the cells are empty and unoccupied because it's lunch time. They reached Nayeon's cell and saw a guard.

"Don't worry, this girl is an officer."

"Oh- ok."

The guard unlocked Nayeon's cell.

"You can go inside now."

"A-am I going to be safe?" Jeongyeon asked.

"Ehr. Fine, I'll come with you."

"Thanks. Whew."
