The girl I have been loving from afar.
I don't know how it all started, all I know was then when I realized I have strong feelings for her; far too long, probably. It's not hard to love her, and it was something that my friend Felix had noticed as well.
She's beautiful and bright, the physical form of love and happiness itself. She somehow manages to smile despite her problems, and she manages to make my heart flutter with every little thing she does.
For example, when we play video games, I like how she presses random buttons, hoping for the best while she keeps her game face on. And when she finally gets the hang of it she will beat me until she rubs it in my face.
I won't mind, though. I like to know that she's happy because of me.
She's also the base form of kindness and selflessness—she would put others before herself. She always says, "If you want to save others, you have to save yourself first.". At first I didn't know what she meant by that, but then I realized that you have to save yourself first so you can save more people.
Kinda mind boggling, right? But, you get my drift.
(Y/N) has these loving eyes that glitter when she's passionate about something, or when she smiles so big. She's got this perfect eyebrows that knit together when she's frustrated. She has this adorable button nose that scrunches up when she's disgusted, and she's got cute lips that are soft to touch and good to taste.
To put it simply, I'm in love with (Y/N).
How could I not? She's so imperfectly perfect—she's the most gorgeous girl I have ever met; inside out, even if she's angry. And I, my idiotic self, couldn't even fault her anger because even in those fiery moments she seems to beat fire because of her hotness; I keep getting stunned with her usual kind eyes that turn dark when her feelings mirror her expression.
But, to my despair,
she's not mine.
It seems as if the future of me with her is very impossible.
Congratulations, universe. You have succeeded in your mission of making me feel like absolute crap.
She's in love and in a relationship with one of my best friends, Lee Felix.
Sometimes I'll watch her from afar when she comes to the dorm. The way she hugs all of us after not seeing us for a long time—well, except for Felix hyung—and the way she talks to us with that breathtaking smile of hers, is just, purely magnificent.
I shouldn't be allowed to look at her or think about her like this, but it'd take a hundred years not to.
When she's next to me, the world stops. It's just the two of us. Our shoulders bumping as our laughs mix with the calming air.
But even if she's right next to me, our distance is like between the sun and Pluto—miles and miles away.
This is her.
