"so.. bright..." kenzie rolled over on the top bunk.
"morning, sunshine!" hayden smiled.
"hayden?" kenzie rubbed her eyes and half-way opened them.
"morning, babe, i came to wake you up since the other girls didn't wanna wake you up." hayden pecked her cheek.
"oh. good morning." she replied and sat up, looking around the cabin.
"i'll wait for you outside." hayden got down from the top bunk.
kenzie followed after, she got her outfit and went inside the bathroom. after finishing up she put on her shoes and headed outside.
"i'm done, babe." kenzie spoke seeing hayden look at his phone.
"okay, let's go." hayden intertwined their fingers together.
walking to the cafeteria, kenzie got a glimpse of johnny.
he was with a girl, holding hands.
kenzie kept quiet, she didn't let out a gasp or anything. the two were smiling and laughing.
johnny kept their fingers intertwined together as the blonde girl said some words.
"john, avery, i already made it clear that you two aren't supposed to be near each other! avery you should already be at your next activity!" maddie complained.
"when you guys have breakfast they do their activities. when we do our activities they have lunch. you two aren't supposed to cross paths!" maddie explained to johnny.
"okay, okay." johnny put his hands up in surrender letting go of avery's hand.

"where's john?" carson asked as hayden and johnny sat down at their table.
"like we know," kenzie answered for hayden and herself.
"something's up your ass." annie quietly whispered.
"seriously though, where is he?" lauren asked once more.
"you find him, you probably like him." kenzie rolled her eyes.
"why would i like john? that's weird." lauren gave kenzie a confused look.
"you're asking about him. maybe you should shut your mouth and eat." kenzie rudely said.
"are you on your period or something?" emily furrowed her eyebrows.
"you're never this mean." joey questioned why kenzie was acting rude.
"i'm fine. no i'm not on my period, you guys are just annoying!" kenzie slammed her palm on the table.
"i'm done, i'm leaving." kenzie stood up.
"where'd kenzie go?" hayden looked up from his phone.
"did you not pay attention? your girlfriend walked off because we were interrogating her!" carson waved his arms around.
"hayden? are you texting someone?" lauren furrowed her eyebrows.
"no, of course not."
