♥Period Leak ~ Destiny ♥

Hello!

I know we all suffer the *whispers* period.

Sometimes we may leak through. But I have some ideas that help when this happens. **None of these are guaranteed.**

#1: The first thing to do as soon as you leak is to immediately change. Pick up your bottoms and put dawn on them. Grab a rag and wet it. Scrub as hard as you can. Then throw in the washer. Hopefully the come out with not as bad of a stain.

#2: The second thing to do if you are in public and have no way of doing #1 is to always have a jacket. Keeping a jacket in your locker will help! If you see that you leaked through your pants then wrap the jacket around the back of your waist hiding the stain. Works with flannels and hoodies!

#3: Always have an emergency bag for period leakage. Carry a pair of school appropriate jeans that fit you! Pads, tampons or panty liners. Keep some sanitary wipes specifically made for down there. A pair of underwear. And good perfume.
