the boy continued down the dark path, until finally he had reached the magic shop with the most extravagant exterior he had ever seen. he was completely awestruck by how pretty it was, now wondering why no one had ever mentioned a shop like this being here.
he stood there, the palm of his hands pressed up against the glass window as he admired the items that sat in display. from classical practical jokes to more thought out magical spell books.
slowly his heavy heart started to feel like less of a burden as he stood there quietly, his eyes sparkling due to the pretty green light that shined down from the sign.
all time seemed to stand still as his eyes were still scanning over all the beautiful colored items, it was all so new to him. there was no way he would ever want to forget such a place.
'a picture! i should take a picture of this place!' he suddenly thought to himself, he took out his phone getting ready to take a picture until the sound of the door opening had stopped him from doing just that.
"hi. welcome to the magic shop. would you like to come in?"
