I got a puppy!

Hey, yes I got a puppy! She is a labradoodle and is named Rosie, once she is 16 weeks (last vacation) she will encourage me to exercise which will be walking her then slowly going running with her if that makes sense! She is so cute as you can see in the photo.
I walk every second week to Mum's house from school then train station which is a 5-10min walk and 20 second drive. I catch the train every week so yeah! We are also going to the gym for sport so I will definitely make the most of that at school.
Im just trying to eat healthy and avoid unhealthy foods and hard to digest foods.
I also add lemon to my 700ml water bottle which is cold because cold water will also make me burn some calories because my body has to heat itself up. I also can see the difference that when I have more water I'm less hungry, I really recommend you guys try having more water because it's really good for you and it's also one of the main things with losing weight.
I've been having porridge for breakfast which is really good for you because it's pure oats and it's very easy to digest!
