Azalea POV

The whole day went on beautifully. Jaren didnt leave my side and talked about almost every thing on his mind. All the words that poured out of his mouth was so charming that I got very comfortable around him, forgetting to panick just the way I always do.

If I had known that he was a very comfortable guy to talk too, I wonder where this relationship would have been by now.

There wasn't any one subject we talked about.. there were a lot of things, ranging from movies to our likes-dislikes and weird puns... I cant even believe that my scared-ass put up with all this talking without bursting into flames of hotness.

The time passed on so quickly that neither of us looked into our watches. It was 6.02pm and the sky began darkening already. Since, both of us did not have any vehicles Jaren decided to walk me home.

A gentleman that he is afterall...

The sky was a little tinted with orange red rays of the sinking sun and the air was cold. Wearing a skirt was not that of a great option today. My legs shivered a bit but, I held it all in.

A lot of people bustled around us and the cars zoomed past the roads. There was alot of scene going on for my eye to catch. Jaren kept his silence too as we walked and I didnt force him to talk or anything. His presence was far enough to make my heart, seek out the path of the golden stairway to heaven.

My eyes caught the 'Driers and Laundry' sign ahead and I remembered that Luciel's jacket was in there somewhere waiting to be picked up today. Yesterday turned out to be a pretty messy day that I couldnt get around to it.

I stopped walking and turned to face the handsome guy, "I've to go get something of mine... is it okay?" I said pointing to the shop.

Jaren looked down at me and nodded his head with a smile.

I smiled back, "be right back!"

I jogged upto the shop and pulled open the door. The owner or probably the employee looked at me wearily. I pursed my lips together and began the talking, "ummm... hi! Im here for my jacket. "

He shifted his gaze to the computer screen, "name?"

Jeez! that monotone...

"Umm.. Azalea Stevens." I replied slowly.

He nodded his head to the screen and got up from his seat, going into another room. I waited, gazing at the vintage wall and the old fashioned tiles.

He finally returned and handed me over a hangered bag. I quickly paid him the amount and thanked him before walking out. The cold air hit my legs and I shivered again. I saw Jaren leaning against the wall.

He smiled a little and I tugged a strand of hair behind my ear.

"Did I take up a lot of time?" I asked with my eyebrows raised.

He chuckled, shaking his head "no.."

I grinned at him and we both began walking ahead.

It was 6.30pm and the sky was darkened now. My locality was just ahead of us and it hurt me that this wonderful time that I spent with Jaren was almost coming to an end. I was well aware of the fact that tomorrow things might not be the same with Jaren. He was always that shy-kind and i-dont-really-like-spotlights kind of boy so he preffered to be with himself. Not that I had any objections against his lifestyle... but, I got very less to see of him at school.
