Tyler grabbed his phone as he listened to music in his room. He was laying on his bed, humming along to the song.

"We're already there,  we're already there. I feel cold, I feel scared, I won't trust anyone.  Not with her eyes, no. Yes, her eyes were much to my surprise", he sang  along.

"Hearts collide, tears run dry. Are we ever gonna be there? One last kiss, one more goodbye..." Tyler halted.

"...are we ever gonna be there", he mumbled.

He clicked on Whatsapp  and opened the group conversation he had with his friends: Brendon,  Dallon, Patrick, Pete, Andy, Gerard, Mikey, Frank, and his boyfriend  Josh. They were always with the ten of them together. They did  everything together.

Always.

Tyler loved to hang out  with his friends. They went to festivals and concerts together and held  parties and went out to bars and clubs, or just hung around in the park  or went to the skate park.

He especially loved to hang out with his boyfriend, obviously. His boyfriend meant the world to him. He'd do everything for Josh.

Everything.

"Hey guys, I found this  new band called Alvarez Kings. If you have time, you should all check  them out. They're really awesome. Their song Tell-Tale Heart is amazing.  I'm listening and singing along to it right now", Tyler typed and sent  it.

He then opened his conversation with his boyfriend.

"Hey baby, how are you  doing? You should really listen to Alvarez Kings as well. When can I  come over again? I want to see you, I miss you. I love you so much  Joshie <3", he wrote and sent to Josh.

There was a knock on the door.

"Yeah?" Tyler answered.

"Hi honey! Maddie and I  are going to the mall. Do you want to come? It'll be good for you to  leave the house", his mother smiled.

"Can't, I'm texting my friends and Josh", Tyler said, looking back to his phone.

"Also  we really need to hang out soon. All of us together, not only a few of  us! It's been a while", Tyler wrote and sent it to the group chat again.

His mother sighed and closed the door behind her. She walked to the bed and sat on the edge.

"Honey-" she started.

"No, I'm busy. I'm not going. I'm talking to my friends, mom", Tyler said annoyed, turning his head in the opposite direction.

"Honey...  You're eventually gonna have to accept that... That they're no longer  here, sweetie", his mother said as she ran a hand through his hair.

"They are! They are here, mom!" Tyler exclaimed as he swatted her arm away.

"Sweetie, they're gone..." His mom started.

"No! No! They're not gone! They're... Away. They're not gone. My friends would never leave me here. They'd never leave me here alone. Josh would never leave me. He promised he would never leave me! He promised, mom! And I believe him! I trust him!  They'll be back. They'll all be back for me. They'll come and get me  and hang out with me and take me to concerts and festivals and listen to  music with me and-" he rambled. He bursted out in tears.
