Personality: Sakino is a very played back person. Not necessarily a lazy person but he'll only put effort towards things he thinks are worth while.
Backstory: Sakino was raised in a pretty normal household. His parents didn't posses a quirk so when they found out Sakino had one it was very surprising. They forced him to go to school and learn how to be helpful to others instead of sitting around and sleeping.
