Natsu returned and the crowd settled themselves again as he energetically sprinted to stand opposite Haylee, his last minute warm-up complete. He wore a huge grin on his face, shift long and fidgeting constantly in anticipation.

Haylee smiled at him. She'd refused to tell the others her secret weapon, she wanted to asses whether she'd need it first, but at the same time she couldn't wait to try it out. She ex-quipped to a plain battle armour with high defence before the battle began, for unlike Erza, she wasn't quite skilled enough to instantly switch armours during battle, and knowing Nastu's strength and agility she may find it hard to pause long enough to ex-quip again.

Makarov called for everyone the be quiet before counting down with the familiar "3...2...1...FIGHT!" sending Natsu springing into action.

"Fire Dragon's Roar!" he shouted, a vortex of red flame flying towards Haylee as he made use of the space between them. Haylee dropped and rolled swiftly under the jet of flames, hands performing seals as she rolled.

" Ice make Eagle!" she cried, and the huge bird came to life, swooping down towards Natsu, giving an ear piercing squark.

'Damn it, I'm going to have to use it after all...' Haylee sighed mentally as Natsu easily deflected the eagle with just one fire Dragon's claw, causing it to melt and evaporate instantly. Haylee's hand fluidly moved onto the next group of seals, and before Natsu fully returned his attention to her she shouted "Ice Make Prison!", trapping him in a thick ice cage, enforcing the bars with energy to make them slower to melt. The audience laughed as Natsu gave a roar of frustration, battering the cafe imprisoning him.

Haylee used the borrowed time to get out her secret weapon. Her armour glowed slightly, catching the guild members attention, and then exploded into pieces of light, which faded away to reveal the new weapon that would be her only chance of success against her rival. The armour was almost like a dress, designed for swiftness and offence, made entirely of red-tinted ice. The armour also had a small red head-piece shapes to give her horns and two large wing-like projections at the back.

Another light then shone from Haylee's hand, elongating and widening before exploding into tiny light fragments, revealing a huge scythe. The top of the scythe was made of the same red ice and crafted into a dragon, curling around the golden pole that made the handle. The dragons wings extended to form the blade of the scythe, which glistened menacingly in the sun. There was a audible gasp from the audience. An ice type armour, created for the sole purpose of slaying flame wielding Dragon's.

Haylee had heard of the armour from Skylar long long ago, when Skylar was teaching her how ice could be manipulated to gain advantages over other elements. The dragon had marvelled at the rumoured skill of the 'Inferno Slayer' armour, as even creating a small amount of 'tinted-ice' was extremely draining on ones energy, even for a dragon. When Haylee had been combing the country for information after Skylars disappearance, she had overcome many mages, and had taken this armour from one of them the moment she saw it, knowing its true value. It was the only tinted ice armour she has collected out of the rumoured seven, and she intended to use it well.

"what the hell is that?" Lucy whispered to Grey, hoping the ice made would be able to shine a little light on the situation.

"Honestly, I'm not quite sure. I've heard of an ability before though, about adding other elemental properties to ice. Although I heard that creating a knife-sized shard of that ice can be as draining as creating a large ice summon, like that eagle." he replied, staring at the strange armour.
