- Rico's POV -

Papunta na ako ulit sa Shangri-la para sunduin si Alegna.

I tossed my keys to the valet and pressed her and the girls' room's floor. I knocked on the door twice and it was Lily who answered.

"Ate mo giiiiirl! Si kuya mo sinusundo ka na." she screamed.

Binatukan ni Alegna si Lily bago lumapas ng pinto. "Paka-ingay mo, g-aga." she added.

"Na-offend si aketch ha. Tuhugin kita ng heels ko." Lily replied.

"Try mo, 'di ka makaka-attend ng reunion."

"Ay, shabi ko nga ih papasuk na ho aku hihi. Enjoy your date!" Lily finally said. Binagsakan niya kami ng pinto.

Alegna looked at me. "Love, thank you for the gift."

"Small thing." I shrugged.

"Where are we off to today?"

"The mall, I guess?"

"Okay. Sabi mo eh." we held hands while walking to the car.

Her phone suddenly rang.

"Yes?" she answered.

"Ha? G-aga ka din minsan, 'no?"

"Who's managing my company, aber?"

"Don't depend on mom! Matanda na 'yon!"

"May magagawa pa ba ako? O sige, papunta na kami sa airport. We'll see you there."

She ended the call.

"Love, we have a problem." Alegna said, pouting.

Napakunot naman ako ng noo. "Why? What's the matter?"

"Well...as you can see...my dakilang assistant, Georgina, had just landed in Singapore. She's on her way here." she rolled her eyes.

I burst out laughing. "Let's go then."

We were on our way to the airport when it was my phone which rang. Alegna answered it for me.

"Hello. Yes? This is Margaux Montreal, Rico Arboleda's girlfriend."

Napakunot ang noo ko nang marinig 'yong sinabi niya. Margaux? Rico? I smiled afterwards though. I guess this is her closure---her realization. Ang mapagtantong kapag ang tao, binato ng bato, ang isukli niya dapat ay tinapay.

And that made me realize that hindi tayo dapat nagpapadala masyado sa galit, sa emosyon...dahil baka makagawa tayo ng mga bagay na pagsisisihan din natin sa mga sumusunod na pagkakataon.

But I have another realization...and that is...wala akong pinagsisisihan. I just know that someday...I will always look back on this moment. Because in the middle of the desire for revenge and redemption, we found love.

"LOVE!" I snapped back into reality when Aleg---Margaux screamed.

"I'm so sorry. What was that again?" I asked.

"Hmph. Sino bang iniisip mo at 'di mo ako magawang pakinggan. Mr. Arboleda, may babae ka 'no?!" she exclaimed. Pinagbabato rin niya ako ng mga gamit dito sa sasakyan.

I chuckled while going out of the way of the flying objects. "I was just thinking about how much I love you, love. I wouldn't change this for anything in this world." I held her hand at hinalikan ko ang kamay niya.

"...and we're here!" sabi ko.

Pinark muna namin 'yong sasakyan sa multi-level parking bago dumiretso sa mga elevator. Kanina pa 'di mapakali 'tong isa.
