In the future, a junior high student, Kusakabe Sakura, will offend God by inventing immortality so that women will stop aging after they turn twelve. Dokuro-chan is an angel from the future sent to kill him. However, Dokuro-chan thinks that Sakura can be spared, so her idea is to constantly occupy Sakura so that he will never be able to invent the technology. Sometimes the angel will go crazy and kill him with her bat, Excalibolg, but she can revive him easily. "Pi-piru-piru-piru-pi-piru-pi!"

Characters and Voice Actors:

- Main:

Sakura Kusakabe

Sakura is a second year junior high school student whose life changed the day the "Bludgeoning Angel" Dokuro-chan appeared. From that day on, he went from the life of a normal boy to one filled with bloody clubbings by said angel. In the future, Sakura is apparently destined to create a technology that stops girls from aging after they reach the age of twelve years, which has led to Sakura gaining a reputation as a pedophile around his school. While not perverted by nature, Sakura still manages to get into tricky situations with Dokuro. He has a crush on his classmate and friend Shizuki Minakami, though he is too afraid to tell her, but soon he develops feelings for Dokuro despite the way she treats him.

- Bosch, Johnny Yong (English)

- Takagi, Reiko (Japanese)

- Bang, Seong Jun (Korean)

Dokuro Mitsukai

Age: 12

Height: 153 cm

Bust Size: 85

Waist Size: 52

Hip Size: 81

Favorite Food: Dorayaki, and Red Sausages with Mayonnaise

Dokuro Mitsukai is a cute angelic assassin from the future brought back through time to kill Sakura Kusakabe, but instead tries to save him. Mostly, she is just like any other young girl but where other girls might shout or slap to express their displeasure, Dokuro draws her magical spiked tetsubo "Excalibolg" and brutally clubs her victim to death with it. She's also capable of bringing someone back to life with Excalibolg by chanting Pipiru piru piru pipiru pi (the refrain of the theme song in the opening credits). When she isn't brutally killing Sakura she teases him mercilessly, mostly using sexual innuendo.

- Lee, Wendee (English)

- Chiba, Saeko (Japanese)

- Supporting:

Binkan "The Sensitive Salaryman" Ichiro

Binkan is the main character of the TV-show "Binkan The Sensitive Salaryman" in Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan.

Hence the title, Binkan is the most sensitive salesman, if not the most sensitive man ever lived... just the slightest touch or pressure on his body results into an unbearable status of pleasure, rendering him immobile while twitching in combination with desperate moans.

In the Anime The Binkan series is so popular that food products and in season 2 even a movie was made of Binkan. These foods have the uncomfortable side effect of making the person that eats Binkan-labeled foods as sensitive as Binkan himself for a short time.

Dokuro has made Sakura eat Binkan-Sausage by force and surprise throughout the anime.

- Prince, Derek Stephen (English)

- Iwata, Mitsuo (Japanese)

Sabato Mihashigo

Sabato is another angel sent from the future to assassinate Sakura before he can create his "Pedophile's World". Also with super-human strength, Sabato has ram horns on her head, and is unusually polite, even when threatening to kill Sakura, addressing people with the formal "-san" suffix after their names as opposed to the informal "-kun" or "-chan". After she was defeated, she began to live in a small cardboard box under a bridge; her living allowance is funded from an unknown source. Her weapon of choice is a deadly shock-baton called Durandal which according to Sabato can "char blue whales in the blink of an eye." "Durandal" is most likely a reference to Durendal, the sword of Charlemagne's paladin Roland.

- Kugimiya, Rie (Japanese)

- Bailey, Laura (English)

Shizuki Minagami

Shizuki is one of Sakura's good friends, and is also one of his classmates. She hangs out with Sakura most of the time, and is one of the more normal characters in the series as she never gets excited or otherwise when odd things begin to happen. Shizuki seems to have some feelings for Sakura. She is noteworthy among her classmates for being the only one who does not hold Sakura in contempt and believes him to be a good person.

- Kawasumi, Ayako (Japanese)

- Lee, Mela (English)

Minami "Minami-san"

The monitor of Sakura's and Dokuro-chan's class. Sceptic and mysterious girl.

- Takagi, Reiko (Japanese)

Zakuro Mitsukai

Zakuro is Dokuro's younger nine-year-old angel sister, though she looks significantly older, and has a far larger bust size than her older sister. She has the super-human powers of most angels and wears a dress modeled after a naval officer's uniform, as well as an eyepatch on her left eye, for unknown reasons. Calm and soft-spoken, she is quite proficient in battle. Her weapon is a wet towel named "Eckilsax" which can be split into two or more for close combat, as well as stretching itself to bind the opponent. In the second anime series, she moves in with Sakura and Dokuro. She seems to get on well with Sakura, although she sometimes suggests that Dokuro kills Sakura.

- Watanabe, Akeno (Japanese)

- Elias-Fahn, Dorothy (English)

Chieri Ono

- Noto, Mamiko (Japanese)

- Ruff, Michelle (English)

Zansu

Zansu is yet another angel from the future who has accompanied Dokuro in the attempt to save Sakura's life. He has a very odd appearance, looking more like a biker gang member than an angel. He is unfortunately revealed to have some perverted tendencies. Every sentence Zansu says ends in "Zansu". He is frequently nude in the second series.

- Tobita, Nobuo (Japanese)

- Thornton, Kirk (English)
