"And then she said she wanted a divorce." Mikah said crying on my shoulder.

He came over mad and shit about what happened between him and Jamila.

"Sweetie you and her need marriage counseling." I said

"It's not going to work ma. Nothing is going to work she keep pushing me away and I can't take that anymore. It's like she doesn't even wanna be a family anymore." He said

"Mikah I've tried all I can to help you two but with everything going on with Anthony there's nothing else I can do. I'm sorry. I love you but you and her are both grown now you can't keep running to me with your problems." I said

"So you pushing me away when I need you the most? What mother does that?" He said getting angry.

"You are a grown ass man Mikah. Take your ass home and make up with your wife and stop crying about the shit to me." I said

"You supposed to always be there for me." He said

"I am and I always will be but this is something you and her need to handle by yourselves." I said

"Bye." He said and just walked out.

I don't know why my children act so spoiled. I picked up my phone and called my husband.

Jamila

I was in my bedroom when the door slammed open. I saw Mikah standing there with a suitcase. I gave him a confused look before he actually came through the door.

He went into the closet and started throwing clothes out. I looked more and realize that it was my clothes.

"Mikah what the fuck?" I asked getting out of bed.

"You want a divorce? You got it and one of us has to go and it's not me." He said

"Mikah I'm not leaving my home." I said grabbing my clothes

"You don't pay for shit in here. You don't have a fucking job and still don't do shit around here. You so fucking lazy it's ridiculous." He said

"You know I have depression." I said

"Oh shut the fuck up. You got over that shit years ago." He said

"Why are you doing this?" I said with a tear threatening to fall.

"Because I'm done." He said looking me in the eyes.

"I hate you." I said with a tear falling

"Feelings mutual." He said

I pulled out my phone and called Kamiya. I walked out of the bedroom and into Mike room.

Kamiya- Hello?

Jamila- Mikah kicking me out

Kamiya- What the fuck wrong with him?

Jamila- I don't know but he said he's done.

Kamiya- It's just going through something. He'll be okay in the morning

Jamila- Miya he said he hates me.

Kamiya- You and Mike come stay here for the night. Mikah will be okay in the morning.

Jamila- You never have my side Kamiya

Kamiya-How am I supposed to have your side when the only one who talks to me is Mikah. You never call or come by. And if you do it's to barrow money.

Jamila- I came over the other day just to talk to you.

Kamiya- You talked to me about Mikah not giving you enough money. I'm going to tell you what I told him. Both of you are grown and need to handle your own problems. Stop running to me for help because I can't always help.
