Sometimes it takes hard lessons to make people quit snooping around in other people's business. . .

"Good evening Sir... What can I get you" the young man behind the bar table asked.

"Negroni" he answered with his husky voice "And a talk with the owner of this bar"

"Who are you and why are you asking for me" Lewis said coming from behind him

"If you are the owner then we need to talk" he said sternly

"If you're a detective or a cop you'll need a warrant" Lewis said even more Sternly

"I admire your boldness" the man said.

"What do you want?" Lewis asked moving to the bar table.

"I'll prefer if we talk privately"

"What's your name and what do you want to talk about?" Lewis asked after offering him a seat

"I'm George... George Spart and I'm here to get information about this lady" he said before bringing a picture from his pocket

"I'm sorry I don't know you George Spart" Lewis said his name in an offensive way.

"And this lady, what's with her?" he nodded to the picture on his table.

"I want to know everything about her" he said pointing to the lady in the picture

"Are you a detective or one of those undercover investigator" he asked looking at him suspiciously.

"No, I'm not, I'm a Lawyer" George answered

"Right, and who is this lady?" Lewis asks, feigning ignorance

"Her name is Lorraine Hurst and my informant told me she works here"

Lewis gave him an unbelievable look
"No, she doesn't work here" he took another look at the picture "in fact I've never seen her before"

"Are you sure?" George retorted

"Are you trying to tell me I don't know the people I hire to work for me" Lewis asked
"I've never seen her or heard of her name before" Lewis insisted

"Tell me something," George leaned closer to him on the table "how much were you paid to lie, uh?"

"What are you talking about... No one paid me. I don't know this lady!" Lewis begins to glare at him.

"Are you sure? because, you would be in serious trouble if you are lying"

"Are you threatening me? I don't know this lady and she never worked here okay!
Go look for her somewhere else" Lewis said without blinking

A rush of frustration clouded George's face
"You'll be an accomplice to bankrupting and entire Empire and you don't care?"

"I stand on my word I don't know this lady whoever told you you'll find her here lied to you" he took another look at the picture "And besides why would you think of this lady like that? Why are you investigating her?" he asked looking at his once employee beside a rich man and in expensive wears "Isn't she the wife of Dylan Walker?"

"Pfff... yes, but she might be married to him to steal his money" George frowned

Lewis shook his head "Sorry, but I can't help you, your informant lied to you because I don't know this lady" he said "if that's all I'll appreciate it if you leave I need to attend to my bar" he said as he stood up and ushered him out

Lewis watched as he exited his office and his bar. He was clearly miserable without any information.

Dylan was smart enough to know that George would stop at nothing to find out if he was lying.
