"Criminal case 678-****. People of the philippines vs Alyssa Valdez. The Honorable judge Emanuel Gaston"

"You can all sit down" Judge Gaston said.

Phablita and Dennise silently entered the court room.

"So Alyssa Valdez alam mo naman ang kaso na ipinapataw sayo"

"Yes your honor." Alyssa replied.

"Okay. Atty. Dela Vega."

"Yes your honor" the jude nodded and they sat.

"Alyssa Valdez. How do you plead?" Judge Gaston said.

Alyssa look at Dennise and her mom. She nodded.

"Not guilty your honor"

The piskal (im sorry im not familiaaaar huhu) looked at Alyssa intently.

"Si LA Revilla ang bumaril kay Jayden. He framed me up. This is the text message i received from him." Alyssa showed the evidences.

"So youre saying that LA Revilla is one of the suspect here?"

"Yes your honor. My client is LA's rival in Racing. " Atty Dela Vega said.

"So Alyssa Valdez is up to racing. Illegal Racing" the piskal said and looked intently to Alyssa.

"Ilalaglag natin si Valdez" Piskal Abad said to Atty. Dela Vega.

"No. Alam mo naman na strong ang mga ebidensya na wala syang kasalanan"

"I know LA. Alam ko ang kaya nyang gawin sa atin kapag hindi natin isinakdal si Valdez."

"Pero mali yun Piskal Abad!"

"That's final Atty. Dela Vega. Please excuse me."

"Here's the text message that my client received from Mr. Revilla. We track where was the message came from. And we confirmed that it was near to one of Revilla's property" Atty Dela Vega said.

"That doesnt mean na si LA na ang may sala. Kasi you did that to the FilAm."

"Ano po bang problema nyo sakin Piskal Abad" Alyssa asked.

"Alyssa. Just calm down" atty dela vega said.

"Binayaran yan ni LA" loud enough na nasabi ni Alyssa para marinig ni Judge gaston and Piskal Abad.

"Im offended with the accusations" piskal angrily said.

"Order in the court!!" 

"Let's continue this tomorrow with the witnesses."

The reporters and media silently leave the trial court. Maraming medias of course. Alyssa is really famous.

Alyssa pulled a chair for Dennise and she sat beside Den.

She held Den's hand and intertwined it.

"Im sorry love." Alyssa said with so much grim.

"Shh baby. We'll win this okay? We will win this time." Dennise said and kissed Alyssa's lips.

"Just smile my love." Den whispered. Alyssa smiled sweetly.

"Yaaan. That's my baby. Now. Tell me. Do you love me?" Dennise is obviously nagpapalambing kay Alyssa.

"I love you each dayyy. I love you so much. From Sun to Pluto. Hihi" Alyssa said.

"Ih. I love you too babe" Dennise replied.

"You know what love? Pag natapos na to? I will strive hard. To be successful for us babe. We will build a house. We will have our kids. We will have our beautiful family." Alyssa dreamt. Indeed. A beautiful family with Dennise.

"Yes baby. I am sure na matatapos agad ito. Marry me agad! Hahahaha" then Alyssa tickled Dennise.

"Baby anooo baaa. Im so nakikilitiii." Dennise said.

"Youre so conyo naman mahal kooo." Alyssa said and put kisses to Den's neck. Para makiliti ito.

"Eeeeheeeerm. This is not a dating place." LA intently looked at Alyssa.

Agad na kwinelyuhan ni Alyssa si LA.

"Tangina mo. Ang lakas ng loob mo no. Pinapatulog ka pa ba  ng konsensya mo ha? Umamin kana. Ypu framed me up!!" Alyssa angrily said. She's really burning with so much anger and hatred.

"Hahahaha. No. You will never get a chance to be with Den again. It will be me. Mabubulok ka sa kulungan." LA said and arrange his collar and left.

Dennise quickly hugged Alyssa.

"Dont believe on him okay? I love you baby. I love you." Dennise said and comforted Alyssa.

"Ito ang mga evidences na that time ay friname up lang ang kliyente ko. We have the text message. "

"Okay. Thank you Atty Dela Vega.  Let's call on Myco Antonio for one of the witnesses."

"Kilala mo ba itong taong nasasakdal?" Judge gaston said.

"Hindi lang kilala your honor. Sobrang kilala" he said and a smirk was drawn to his face.

"Mayabang talaga yan. Kapag nagkakarera kami. Nakikita ko ang baril na yan" he pointed out the gun that Alyssa was holding when she was caught.

"Sinungaling ka!" Alyssa shouted.

"Order in the court!!!" Natahimik nalan si Alyssa.

"Continue." Judge Gaston said.

"Parehas naman sila ng tatay nya with illegal activities." Antonio added.

"Foul Accusations with his Father Mr Antonio. "

"Bakit. Yung tatay mo? Hindi mo napapansin?" Agad na hinila ni Myco ang damit ni Alyssa.

"Ano? Bat mo dinadamay dito ang tatay ko!" Galit na sigaw ni Myco.

"Order in the court!!" Nakailang sigaw na ang Judge Ngumit ayaw parin nito magpapiit.

"See? Your honor? Ganyan kagalit si Myco Antonio sa Client ko. You can visibly see anger in his eyes. Kasabwat iyan ni Revilla"

"With the evidences given. Ang paghahatol ay mangyari bukas." Judge Gaston said and left.

Alyssa looked at Dennise. She victoriously smile.

"You won" Dennise mouthed and Alyssa sweetly smiled.

Guysss im sorry im not familiar sa mga nangyayari sa loob ng Court room so i used "Alyas robin hood's scenes" inside sa courtroom. So any name na mentioned. Hindi totoong tao yun.
