"We have to tell him Stiles" Derek said lying on stomach facing stiles as he reads the same book he read last week and the week before that. "Tell who? and tell them what?" He folded the corner of the page lying down next to him. he looked so beautiful to Stiles the sunset light shining on his face showing his beautiful blue eyes that he shows only to Stiles. "Your dad about me" Stiles sighed he wasn't ashamed of Derek being his boyfriend or the fact that he was gay he was just afraid what is his father is going to say that he was dating a werewolf. He did knows all about the supernatural creeping around Beacon Hills but he doesn't know that one of the most know family of werewolves the betra is dating his 19 year old human son
(The next day)
"Hey dad" Stiles said as he sat on the couch next to his dad watching the afternoon news "I have some news for you, so please just wait until I finishes than you can talk okay?" John just nods looking between Stiles and Derek that just entered after walking down from Stiles room "Derek and I are dating, yes I know your rule no dating anyone supernatural I know that you probably hate this but I'm sorry If you don't like that you will just have to deal with it but that's the truth Derek and I are dating" He finally let out a breath he didn't realise he was holding in "You done! You finish you little ramble?" He just nods slowly, John puts his coffee on the near by table "I know I said that no dating Supernatural but I do trust Derek but I trust you more so if anything happens to you at least I know you are safe. But so help me god" He stands up next to Derek "If you for the love of god hurt Stiles I will shot yes you can heal but it still make me feel better" Derek just nods, he would never in a million years would he say that he was afraid of john. He has the smile of an angel but the eyes of the devil when he is evil.
"Thanks dad" Stiles felt the world left of his shoulder he now wasn't afraid to kiss Derek when he felt like it, hug him, hold him just being a normal boyfriend to Derek. But now he was worried about the pack, he was so worried what they will think from all the comments and looks they ALL say when a same-sex couple pauses them so Derek and Stiles didn't know what too think but just wish they will react the way John did///////
