I flopped on my bed, finally done with my classes for the day. Not technically though, because I had work to do. Since I'm not a procrastinator like most people I know, I immediately got started on my work.
----a few hours later----
I had finally finished my work. I looked at the clocked and it showed 8:00 pm. I started my work at 4 pm and it's 8 pm. 4 hours of work. Holy crap. I walked to the shared bathroom and decided to take a shower.
------after shower------
I got out of the shower, combed my hair, got dressed, and went back in my bed. I checked my phone and answered the few texts and snapchats I had received. Oh my god, I'm so tired. I need a nap. I set an alarm for 15 minutes, put my phone on my night stand, and took a nap. About 10 minutes into my nap, I was awoken by my phone ringing.
"Hello?"
I spoke, my voice raspy from just waking up.
"Hi, it's me." Mitch replied.
"Oh, hey mitch. How are you?"
"I'm okay. How're you?"
"I'm pretty good. What are you calling me for?"
"I've given it a lot of thought, and I was wondering if you would like to get back together? I know it'll be hard with you in school and me playing hockey, but I'm willing to make it work. I love you."
"Listen, I wish I could say yes, but you're a little late. I'm with someone at the moment. I'm really sorry, mitch."
"Oh you're still with kj?"
"Yeah. Again, I'm sorry."
"No it's okay. I'm sorry I asked. I should've put more thought into it."
"No mitch, it's okay. You don't have to apologize."
"I know I just don't want this to be awkward between us."
"It won't be, it's okay."
"Well, I should go it's getting late and we both need sleep. Goodnight, jack."
"Goodnight mitch."
Oh my god. I can't believe that just happened. Don't get me wrong, I really like kj, but I still have slight feelings for mitch. I decided it was time for bed and put my phone away. My head hit the pillow and I was out like a light.
