I walked down the stairs and into the kitchen to start making my breakfast, but I was interrupted by a knock on the door. I found someone who I least expected at the door: mitch. "Hi mitch." "Hi jack." The awkward tension in the air was palpable and it was unbearable. "Ok I have something to tell you." "Go ahead." "I know this is going to sound crazy, but I like you, jack, a lot. Maybe even love. All I know is I want to be with you. I don't know why I've been messing with your feelings. I guess I felt I would hurt you so I tried to cover the pain by getting with other girls." "Mitch, I can't believe what I'm hearing. are you sure you like me?" "Yes, ever since you got here I felt something for you that I've never felt before, even with other girls. I left it alone, thinking it was nothing, but it's something. It might be love." "You know what, I like you too. But you already knew that." The both of us leaned in for a kiss. He came inside and we sat on the couch, close together.
We ended up falling asleep on the couch. I finally had what I've always wanted, nothing could go wrong, right?
