Hannah and Emmet's List of Rules To Follow

Part 12

"Wait, wait, wait," Esme said raising her hands, everyone lapsed into silence: "Isn't that restaurant in Toronto, and when did we ever eat?" Alice bit her lip; "Fine!" she said rolling her eyes, "I'll cancel it, but, I already have a hotel room booked at the Radisson hotel...in Chicago" Esme sighed and asked: "Do I have to still get dressed?" Alice gave Esme a look and she sighed, "Let's get this over with..." and followed Alice up into her room, all we heard was: "Alice!" 

"Just stand still--hey! No looking!" about half an hour later Esme came down in a white frock like dress with a metallic purplish belt tied in a bow and Alice had borrow my black heels from Rio. We all froze looking at her, "What? What? Wha-oh no," she looked down and groaned, Hannah walked forward and put a hand on her shoulder, "Don't worry Esme, we're just all shocked that you're wearing something that isn't lavender!" she pulled out her iPod and scrolled through something while Alice dragged Carlisle upstairs, "See, on Monday you wore a lavender shirt and on Tuesday you wore a lavender bracelet, then on Wednesday you wore a lavender necklace and the Thursday you were wearing lavender heels," Hannah concluded because it was Friday, Esme sighed and sat down beside Bella, Alice walked down dragging two large suitcases and Carlisle following with two more, he saw Esme and smiled, "You look beautiful," he said and leaned over a little before he could do anything two voices shouted out: "NO KISSING IN FRONT OF THE KIDS!" Hannah and Emmet yelled and most of us laughed, even Esme and Carlisle were chuckling, "Ok, you guys will come back in two weeks!" Alice said as she shooed them from the door, "Bye, guys, see you in two weeks!" Hannah called from the front door as they drove off, then she shut the door. Walking upstairs and left us standing there, we all went back to what we were doing before.

Three days later.

Jocelyn's P.O.V 

I got up from the piano and let Edward claim the seat; I walked over to Alice who was eagerly playing a dress up game on the computer, I watched her for a few minutes and walked off to a sound coming from, Emmet was pounding at mint candies with a meat tenderizer, "EMMET!" I yelled grabbing the mallet before he broke through the table, he grinned at me and chucked the bag of crushed candy at me, I caught it as he raced for the room. Hannah waltzed in the kitchen holding her laptop; she grinned at me and walked forward into the living room, Renesmee was standing in front of Rose and Alice while they place outfits on the ground in front of her and Edward, Emmet and Jasper were looking on with weird expressions on their faces, Hannah threw a pillow at them and each one in turn blinked rapidly, Hannah laughed and placed her laptop on the glossy wood side table beside the couch. Then she perked up, "Yo, Peacock, I need your help!" everyone looked up, "Who's Peacock?" everyone asked at the same time, "Why you of coarse," Hannah said motioning to Rose and Rose looked at her, "So I'm Peacock now?" 

"Yes." Hannah answered simply, "You gave us nicknames?" Edward asked and Hannah nodded, "See, Rose is the Peacock, Sydney is the...other peacock, Emmet is the...dude, Edward is the...thing." I stifled a snort of laughter: "I'm the Fox and Jocelyn is the fluffy bunny rabbit," I glared at her, "Would you rather be a skunk?" I glared harder, "Fluffy bunny rabbit it is!" she said, "Hey what about me!" Alice accused and Hannah added, "Oh yeah, Alice you're the Yuppie--sorry I meant Yorkie," everyone was looking at her as she started for the door, "Let's go Yuppie--ahem Yorkie...you too Peacock!"  

"Have any idea why I would be names the thing?" Emmet snickered and was rewarded with a punch on the side of his head, "This is not what I thought would happen on a two week vacation for Esme and Carlisle..." I muttered and walked from the room.

Two days later.

Renesmee's P.O.V *Ha-ha! Her first P.O.V!* 

I was walking through the front door after going to see Grandpa Charlie, mom had come but dad stayed at home, just as I crossed the threshold all we heard was: "FAMILY MEETING!" from Hannah and everyone was in the living room, Hannah walked in last carrying a bottle, everyone held their breath, last time she had brought in a bottle full of skunk liquid...it was not pretty. She grinned, "I got an idea!"
