I like to say, and I believe it's correct, that if you want to do something, you have to believe you can. If you believe you can't, you won't. It's that simple.

Sometime like learning another language, or how to do some kind of bike trick, or dancing. You need that mind set that you can. Or it's possible, at the very least.

If you have depression, that is something that sticks. But cutting, if you believe you can't get "better", or "fixed", then you won't. But wanting is something different then believing you can.

I thought I could learn how to speak another language at a time, but I started to believe I can, and I've started again. I've already got a good amount done.

Set your mind on something, and you can do anything!
