Start from the beginning

Olivia rushed into the room when the whole placed shook, panic in her movements as she saw a black-haired woman rummaging through the various large chests. The female's black cloak covered her back, completely oblivious to Olivia's presence until the redstone engineer spoke.

"...Hello?" Olivia spoke, startling the female to turn around, revealing her leather armor, dyed black, and pulled out her obsidian daggers from her black pants while she narrowed her golden eyes at the redstone engineer.

The female, taking a step closer to the point where the tip of her dagger is pressed against Olivia's chest.

"Whoa!" Olivia put her hands in surrender. "I'm not here to fight, I just need some supplies!"

"Everyone does," The female scoffed. "Who are you, and why are you here?"

"I'm Olivia," She replied. "Ellegaard's apprentice, and a redstone expert. And you are...?"

"...It's Raven," The woman hesitantly introduced before sheathing her daggers at her hips, next to a white book clipped on her belt.

[Raven] Level 154

Class: Illusionist

Title: Crisis of Faith

"That's it?" Olivia asked as the female tied her black hair into a ponytail. "You're not going to attack me?"

"Why would I? You're not worth the effort." Raven shrugged, offending Olivia, and continued to scavenge through the chests. "Besides, you don't look evil, not like that giant golem I escaped from."

Olivia paused as she opened the first chest, containing redstone items. "What golem?"

Raven started to gesture. "Big. Made of Metal. With a scowling, melted face with hollow red eyes. Ring a bell?"

Olivia shook her head. "I didn't see anything like that when I head up here," She admitted while packing the few supplies of redstone items into her inventory. "Only the invisible monsters outside in the fog."

"That's what's happening outside?" Raven asked as Olivia confirmed. "That's all I need to know."

Raven started to leave as Olivia continued to be frustrated with the lack of contents with the chests. "I took all that was left," Raven called over her shoulder. "You're just wasting your time."

"Wait," Olivia called, making Raven stop. "Come with me."

"..." Raven looked at her, clearly not wanting to interact with a girl she just met.

"I need to reach my friends, I can't make it alone." Olivia explained. "Please, I'll have a better chance of reaching them with your help."

"Not my problem," Raven just shook her head. "You'll just be dead weight."

"I have redstone knowledge and-"

"I have no use for redstone, other than making traps," Raven interrupted, tapping the book at her hip. "I got all that I need."

Olivia was getting desperate. "There has to be something that you want," She pleaded. "Please I just need your help, then I never bother you again."

"It's a waste of my time," Raven dismissed as continued to walk down the steps. "I got to get out of here before the golem shows up."

"What golem?" Olivia repeated, still at the top of the stairs as Raven walked down. "Is it still around?"

"I don't know," Raven shrugged. "When I Scribed the golem, it is something named PAMA."

"Wait, PAMA?!" Olivia screamed, running after her. "It's here?!"

BOOM-!

A giant, mechanical fist crashed through the base entrance of the inner wall, at the bottom of the stairs, startling the females.
