CHAPTER EIGHT

Taehyung rushes out of the house in search of Yoongi ,who he happened to hear was living close by. Taehyung being the energetic boy that he was ran as fast as he could to find Yoongi as fast as possible in order to get him to help Jungkook as well as help them find more clues to where Madelyn and the other may be, but one thing he forgot to ask before he left the house was directions to where Yoongi may live.
The walk was long for the young Taehyung as he himself found it difficult to get directions as he has no idea about this part of the area, seeing as he hasn’t lived here before. Taehyung still searching every house, finally got lucky as a familiar face seems to have recognized the young boy.

Jimin: It’s been a while Taehyung.
Taehyung: Jimin!!..
Jimin: You don’t seem happy to see me dude..
Taehyung: It isn’t like that.. I’m just surprised to see you in these areas..
Jimin: I’m actually helping someone with a few things here..
Taehyung: Who is that someone?
Jimin: It’s Yoongi..
Taehyung: Yeah.. Talking about Yoongi I need his help..
Jimin: What’s wrong?.. You sound serious..?
Taehyung: It’s Jungkook..
Jimin: Let’s walk while you tell me..

Normal POV
Jimin leads Taehyung to where Yoongi lives, while they walk Taehyung starts explaining everything they’ve been through so far. He also tells Jimin about Madelyn been held somewhere and by Jimin surprised face everything got to a point where Jimin himself didn’t know what to say as everything Taehyung is saying seems confusing.
After a few minutes of walking they finally appeared in front a big house. Jimin starts walking in first as telling Taehyung to wait a minute before entering.

Jimin: Yoongi!!! (Knock knock).. Open up..
Taehyung: Why are you knocking??I thought you live here too..
Jimin: Yes but something happened here in these streets a few months ago and everyone in these streets have been careful to who might knock or try something funny..
Yoongi: Who is that with you??
Jimin: It’s V!!.. Open up..

Normal POV
It took a few minutes for Yoongi to open the door as he had to open a few locks, in order for the door to be open. Taehyung stood there surprised as Yoongi opened the door, and for some reason Yoongi looked like his old self just a big more scarier.
Yoongi looks at Taehyung and couldn’t help but smile as the face of one of his friends stood in front of him.

Yoongi: It’s been a while V..
Taehyung: Yes Hyung..
Yoongi: So what brings you here??
Jimin: Best we talk inside..
Yoongi: Fine.. Come in..

Taehyung POV
They say Yoongi has been through something terrible but he still looks like his old self. What happened that they say it’s so bad.

Normal POV
Taehyung enters the house after Jimin. Jimin now looking at Yoongi signalling him that this matter is really serious. Taehyung now being inside the house looks around as to try and find anything that would remind him of the good old days. Taehyung sees nothing but Jimin points to a certain picture, and as Taehyung turns his head he sees a old picture of all of them standing together with all of their High School friends.
Jimin now thinking it’s time for Taehyung to tell Yoongi of Jungkook’s condition gestures him to sit down.

Jimin: Now Taehyung.. Tell Yoongi what you told me.
Taehyung: Okay..

Normal POV
As Taehyung starts explaining to Yoongi everything he’s already told Jimin, Yoongi looks at him as if telling him “ I know what you’re talking about”. But he can’t say it seeing as Taehyung is still busy talking. Taehyung finally gets to the part where he tells about Jungkook’s current problem and how Jin and Namjoon are trying everything they can to help him.. As Taehyung was still explaining Yoongi cut him off..

Yoongi: Jimin in the room, to the cupboard hurry..!!
Jimin: On it..
Taehyung: What??.. What???
Yoongi: Take us to them right now!!

Jimin POV
I’ve seen that look on Yoongi's face before, and it’s of pure rage.

Yoongi POV
Seems they are targeting the young one now. I have to get to Jungkook before that sickness gets worse.

Normal POV
Taehyung rushes out of the house with a determined Yoongi and Jimin not far behind. The boys comes close to the house which is just a few blocks away when Yoongi notices that these streets are a little too quiet, and being the only one in the group that’s more awake by these things knew exactly they are being followed. Yoongi seeing things are about to get heated runs ahead of Taehyung. Jimin noticing this side of Yoongi starts running a bit faster till he’s beside Taehyung.

Jimin: Follow Yoongi..
Taehyung: But.. Jungkook is the other way around..
Jimin: Yes but it seems we are being followed..
Taehyung: Okay..

Normal POV
Taehyung follows Jimin and Yoongi as they started running at a good pace ,trying to outrun the man that are following them, but it seems this man is well trained as he seems to be able to keep up with their speed
Taehyung: What we going to do now??
Jimin: Just trust Yoongi.. He knows what he’s doing..

Yoongi POV
This guy is  good, but he’s still not aware of what is going to happen to him.

Normal POV
The three boys still running but finally coming to what happens to look like a huge tree , suddenly stops as Yoongi looks behind Taehyung and Jimin.. But Jimin knowing exactly what’s happening tries to calm Taehyung down as it seems the young boy is really tired.

Yoongi: Why are you following us?
(No one answers)
Jimin: Your footsteps as well as your shadow is pretty visible, you know..
(No one answers)
Yoongi: Seems our little friend is scared..
Jimin: Must be yes..
Taehyung: ( whispering).. What are you two doing..
Jimin: Just wait..

Normal POV
The shadowy feature starts getting bigger and bigger as the person is about to reveal himself or herself. Yoongi being the most cautious of them all prepares themselves for all the possibilities of what might happen. He signals Jimin to be alert as Taehyung starts to shake not knowing what is happening in front of him now.
After what seemed like 5 minutes the figure finally reveals himself to be one of the gunmen who works for Mercyl and Marijosh, but for some reason this particular man seems to be more afraid of Yoongi and the boys as what they are to him.

Taehyung: Why is this guy afraid??
Jimin: Because.. They tried to kill Yoongi once.. But..
Taehyung: But. What??
Jimin: Yoongi was too fast for them.. And shot one of their men without any problem..
Normal POV
The gunman stands in front of them trying to act tough but the fear in his eyes could be seen. Yoongi starts walking forward slowly, but each step Yoongi takes.. The man takes a big lump backwards. Jimin noticing something inside the eyes of Yoongi as he knew what that means..

Jimin: NOW!!!
(The man turns around quickly, but is stopped by a trap).
Taehyung: A trap when did you..
Yoongi: Good Job Hobi..
Taehyung: Hobi.. HOSEOK!!!!
Hoseok: Yo Taehyung.. It’s been a while..
Jimin: We can catch up later.. We need to go to Jungkook right away..
Yoongi: Let’s Hurry..!!

Normal POV
The four boys now running to wherever Taehyung is taking them, tries to stay calm and hope that whatever helped Yoongi will help for Jungkook as well..

[ MEANWHILE]

Namjoon: Taehyung sure is taking his time..
Jin: Maybe he got lost. Heisha did you give him the right address..?
Heisha: I didn’t give him an address..
Jin: What??.. Hyeona did you..
Hyeona: No.. He rushed out here before I could..
Jin: So that must mean..
Namjoon: He’s lost..!!

Normal POV
Namjoon and Jin now becoming completely worried as something might’ve happened to Taehyung, but got a surprise as the door suddenly bursts open with a tired Taehyung and a worried Jimin behind. Yoongi finally  enters the room and could just smile from seeing Jin and Namjoon..
Yoongi knowing that reunion time should wait after Jungkook is out of harms way asks Heisha and Hyeona to get him the things he needs to help Jungkook.
Not being able to help otherwise Heisha and Hyeona get him everything he needs, while Hoseok and Taehyung bring in the gunman they trapped.

Namjoon: Who is this guy?
Taehyung: He works with Mercyl and Marijosh..!!
Namjoon: WHAT!!!... Why did you bring him here??
Hoseok: He’s tied up and all his tracking equipment, we threw away already..
Jimin: No need to worry Hyung.

Normal POV
A hour of working on Jungkook finally ended as Jin and Yoongi was able to save Jungkook using the same tactic that was used on Yoongi. Jimin wanting to go inside and check on Jungkook was stopped when Jin told him that Jungkook needs to rest.
The boys now hugging and smiling to show how they are happy to see each other after 3 years, turns to try and talk about the things they went through, but for some reason Yoongi is avoiding to talk about a certain incident which for him was the worst time in his life.
Namjoon showing Yoongi that we all are like brothers and that he shouldn’t be afraid to talk about whatever happened to him. Jimin smiling as well as each members showing support to him.

Yoongi: Okay I’ll tell you..
(Jimin looks to the stairs as he hears footsteps)
Jimin: Jungkook!!
(Everyone looks to the stairs)
Jin: You should be resting..
Jungkook: I’m okay and Thanks to all of you..
Yoongi: That’s what brothers are for..
Jimin: Yes..(smile)
Hoseok: No problem Kookie..
Taehyung: (winks)..
Namjoon/Jin: (smiles)..
(Jungkook moves to a nearby table and sits down)
Jungkook: So Hyung tell us your story..
Taehyung: Yeah..
Yoongi: I’ll tell it tomorrow, when we all are well and rested..
Namjoon: Sounds good to me..
Jin: Yes.. I’ll prepare something to eat..
Namjoon: I’ll help..
BTS: NO!!!!!
Namjoon: What’s wrong?
Jin: Maybe you should stay here with the guys..
Namjoon: Umm.. Okay..

Normal POV
Jin heads inside the kitchen to prepare something to eat for all of them, and lucky for him Heisha and Hyeona were prepared to help him. The boys sat inside the living room talking about how they used to be back in high school and how they are now, but for some of the members it was a bit funny how mature Taehyung became.
The sun set rather quick as Jin and the two girls finally brought the food inside to be served, but for some reason the food Jungkook is seeing in front of him reminded him of something and Jin as well as Namjoon noticed it right away.

Jin: Jungkook.. Do you remember something?
(All the members stare at Jin and back to Jungkook)
Jungkook: This dish looks familiar..
Namjoon: How familiar..
Jungkook: I can’t explain it..
Taehyung: Stay calm and try to remember..
Jin: You can do it..
Jungkook: I can’t.. Sorry guys..
Namjoon: It’s okay.. Don’t put too much...
Jin: Pressure on yourself..
Namjoon: Yeah..

Normal POV
The members look at Jin and Namjoon finishing each others sentences and they couldn’t help but to start laughing..

Yoongi: I see you two still finishing each others sentences..
Hoseok: Some things never change..
Jimin: Well if I may..
Jin: What??
Jimin: I believe one member here has changed.. And that’s..
BTS: V!!!
Taehyung: Huh???... How did I change??
Yoongi: Well for starters you grew up and became Human..
(The members start laughing, Heisha and Hyeona couldn’t help but to giggle as well)

Normal POV
The night went by rather quick due to members catching up on what they’ve been doing and trying to keep the serious issue they have for the next day. Jin finally deciding it was time for everyone to go to sleep, seeing as the owners of the house already went to sleep an hour ago.
Jungkook being the first to go upstairs and sleep, looks down at all of them as he sees everyone is happy, but the members notice Jungkook’s sadness.

Namjoon: We have to try and help him and quick too..
Jin: I think we can do that now..
Taehyung: Yes we can..
Hoseok: Yeah..
Yoongi: Sounds hard.. But yeah..
Jimin: Anything to make our Maknae happy again..
