SUMMARY:
Have you ever heard of the type of people who make the best friends they possibly could, but lose them due to a change in location? Well, Yamazaki Kaori (or Kaori Yamazaki, as Americans and Brits would put it) has done just that, and she long since has cut out that part of her life. She's convinced she'll never see those friends again.
She's also convinced that the notebook her classmate picked up off the ground in senior year will never affect her or the rest of her life.
But what happens when both of her speculations were wrong? Read on, and you'll see...
(And by the way, this gets supernatural about 2/3 of the way through-or, more supernatural that it already is, what with shinigami.)
