Choice

--Calum's POV--
My teeth are clenched as I enter the house.

"What's up with you?" Luke asks.

"Not in the mood!" I yell running to my room.

I get in my room and slam the door. Once I close the door I fall to the ground. I take my hand and stare at the locket.

"After all this time." I mumble to myself.

"Calum!" Luke yells.

"I told you I'm not in the mood!" I yell back.

"CALUM!" He repeats louder.

"What do you want?" I ask heading out to the living room.

Luke's on the ground. Michael's here. I stare at him as if to say, what the hell?

"Oh hey Calum." He smirks.

"What did you do?" I ask staring at Luke on the ground.

"In this town things always go my way, and if they don't I make them." He says.

"Well, Alex and I aren't together anymore so... Wait-" I stop myself.

"I'm waiting." He crosses his arms.

"Alex wasn't cheating on me was she?!" I yell, how could I have been so stupid.

"I don't know, why don't you ask Ashton." He smirks.

Michael steps out of the way and Ashton steps. I grit my teeth at first, but Ashton looks... Scared? His hands are hand cuffed together.

"Ashton, say hi to Calum." Michael says.

"H-Hi Calum." Ashton stutters.

"Now Ashton, did Alex get onto you?" He asks.

Ashton shakes his head yes, but his eyes say something different. When Michael wasn't looking he mouthed,

"What do you want Michael?" I ask.

"I want you to come with me." He says.

"Remember what happened last time?" I asks.

"Of course, but this time Harry won't be there." He steps toward me.

I step back and then look at Luke. What about him? I can't think for another second because I'm knocked to the floor.

--Alex's POV--
I sit up on the couch. I feel dried tears on my face.

"Hey you're up." Niall walks in.

"Oh hey." I say.

"Do you need anything? Water? Tea?" He asks.

"No I'm fine thanks." I say.

"Are you alright?" He asks.

"No." I whimper remembering why I was here in the first place.

"Oh Al, I'm sorry. I hate to see you like this." He hugs me.

"I should get home, Harry's probably worried about me." I say.

"It's almost midnight, you think you could go alone?" He asks.

"Yeah I'll be fine, thanks." I smile.

"Bye Alex." Bradley says.

"Bye." I wave to both of them and head out.

It's pretty dark, but I can still see.

"Alex!" I hear a shriek in the woods.

"Who's there?" I call back.

I'm shaking as I here my name being called multiple times. I try and run but the voice continues.

"HARRY!" I scream at the top of my lungs.

"Alex?" He calls back.

I almost jump for joy when I see him a few feet away. I run toward him only to realize... It wasn't him.

"Michael?" I stare at him.

"Hi Alex." He smirks at me.

"Just leave me alone, Calum hates me thanks to Ashton." I spat.

"No need to be rude." He crosses his arms.

"I'll try my best." I starts to walk away.

"Alex?" He calls after me.

"What?" I harshly ask.

"I hope you know you can't run away." He says.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

All I hear is a deep chuckle before I'm surrounded, then passed out.

I swear I'm not dead. My eyes are open, but it's pitch black. I rub my face and my bottom lip is busted. I decide I'll figure this out by myself.

"Light switch, light switch." I mumble to myself.

"I'll get it!" I hear a voice shout and I can see.

I take a look around. I'm at Michael's again. I'm standing at the top of his staircase.

"Morning sunshine." Micael smirks at me.

I glare at him, "Why am I here?" I ask.

"You're here because I'm giving you a choice." He says.

"What's the choice?" I cock an eyebrow.

"Well, you have choice A." He point to my left.

I look over to my left. A small box raises out of the ground. When the box reaches my height, it opens.

"My necklace." I stare at the key.

"Or, choice B." He points to my right.

A door opens up. It's Calum. No he can't do this to me.

"Calum?" Tears fill my eyes.

"Hi Alex." He weakly smiles.

"What did you do to him?!" I yell.

"I didn't do anything to him." He says.

I'm setting this thing straight. I start walking down the stairs.

"You have no right. We never did anything to you!" I'm almost at the bottom.

"Do you know what it's like losing the ones you love?" He yells in my face.

"Yeah I do actually, that doesn't mean you make everyone's life miserable." I say.

"This is what got you here, talking to me like this." He growled.

"I know, and I won't hesitate to do over and over again." I stare at him.

"I tried to be nice but I guess I'll be mean." He says.

"Go ahead, do what you want. It won't change anything." I say.

"Take her away!" He yells.

Within seconds I'm being dragged away but two guards.

"Alex!" Calum yells.

"It's ok Calum." I say.

"I love you." A tear runs down his face.

"I love you to." I smile at him.

The men tug on my arms and I'm dragged away.
