Nandini: manik hum humare friends ko kab bataenge?

Listening to her even manik got serious.

Manik*cupping her cheek*: soon nandini...infact main soch raha tha why not call everyone at your place tonight kyuki you know mere ghar mom dad honge so yeah...and there we will tell them together...yes..so what say?

Nandini: seems like a plan

Manik: and don't worry cuz I know our friends will be happy

Nandini: ya and then we will not have to play this hide n seek game with them

Manik*smirks*: but you know what (pulls her by her waist) this hide n seek is actually fun

Nandini*disbelief* : aiyyappa manik tumhara kuch nahi ho sakta

Manik*pecking her cheek*: I know (wink)

Nandini's eyes went wide from the sudden peck on her cheek and before she could react or manik could do anything further his phone rang indicating Cabir's call. Manik groaned at the interruption but anyway received the call.

Phone Convo

Manik*pissed*: bol cabir

Cabir: are are tera hulk mode kyu on hai Bhai? Kya hua?

Manik: tune agar yeh puchne ke liye call kiya hai toh bye...am busy

Nandini giggled at Manik's irritation while he glared at her making her stop.

Cabir: acha phone mat katna...I just called you cuz voh soha hai na...our dear band manager she is getting difficult to handle. Voh hostel ki Hitler warden ki tarha tujhe dhundne nikli hai toh please jaldi aaja varna she will blast

Manik: (to self angrily) that soha (to Cabir) Cabir I will be there in two...bye!

And he disconnected the call even before Cabir could reply.

Nandini*furious*: now what did that soha poha do?

Manik* smirks*: jealous girlfriend?

Nandini: oh please main aur jealous voh bhi uss soha se! No ways!

Manik: oh really?...vaise no need to be jealous kyuki there's only one girl who has managed to charm me and I have only one shining star who is right in front of me and soha uske samne kuch bhi nahi

This made nandini smile wide and manik chuckled at her antics.

Manik: acha now I need to go voh actually soha is giving a hard time to fab 5 so I need to rush

He said quickly, pecking her forehead.

Nandini: bye

Manik: bye

As soon as manik stepped out of the room, soha appeared there which made nandini stop in her tracks and she remained inside waiting for soha to leave.

Soha: manik baby where were you? Main tumhe kabse dhundh rahi thi

Manik: soha don't call me baby and I was just around (sternly) and now if you are done with your interrogation then can I go? I have songs to make

Soha: ha chalo na even I am joining you guys there

Manik sighed helplessly and started walking to the jam room without waiting for soha who was on her heels ready to follow manik.

Once they left, nandini made her way to the music room where navya, Abhi, aryaman and maddy were waiting for her.

Music room

Aryaman: maddy atleast lets set the tune tab tak nandu aa jaegi

Maddy: Tum jante ho that I won't start till munchkin comes then why are you even trying

He stated exasperatedly. Aryaman sighed and looked at Abhi and navya who shrugged nonchalantly.

Aryaman: nandu ke bina tumhara kya hoga maddy

Maddy: what do you mean by that? Bro vaisa time kabhi aayega hi nahi...get that?

Navya: ha but nandu hai kaha...ab tak toh aa jana chahiye tha na use

Abhi: aati hogi Navya. Kuch kaam hoga use

Navya nodded and at the same time the door flung open as nandini entered in. Before anyone could question her, maddy pounced upon her with his never ending questions laced with worry.

Maddy: munchkin where were you? Hum log kabse wait kar rahe the tumhara and where the hell is your phone? Atleast ek call toh kar leti or you should have received my calls

Nandini: maddy maddy calm down....main bas music library gayi thi veena issue karvane but they did not have it so I came back

Maddy: you should have informed na munchkin

Nandini*cutely*: sholly

Maddy: ya ya stop being cute now....you know I can't remain mad at you for long so its ok

Nandini smiled brightly as maddy took her in a side hug.

Abhi: by the way maddy is right baby doll...you know tumhare bina yeh tune set karne se bhi mana kar raha tha

Aryaman: and ek tum ho jiska koi pata hi nahi tha

Navya: aur nahi toh kya...matarani ki kasam agar tum aur thoda late aati toh pakka yeh maddy toh tumhe dhundne nikal gaya hota

Nandini: sorry guys...next time main yaad se inform karungi wherever I go

Maddy*sternly*: you better

Nandini: ha ok Mr. Khadoos

She teased.

Maddy: main khadoos...seriously munchkin?

He narrowed his eyes at her in disbelief.

Navya: ok ok before you both start fighting lets jam because I really want to complete the song that we started

Abhi: I agree

Aryaman: even I. So lets begin?

The others nodded and soon melodious music echoed in the room.
