Music playing in my head
All other thoughts go dead
Melodies plague my mind
Playing with a ringing chime
Music is what I want to hear
A guitar strumming in my ear
Radio playing very loud
My ears deafened by the sound
Tracks playing on repeat
My music will never leave
My head, my mind
And erasing other thoughts I try to find
I like the sound of violins and the low hum of the bass
The beating of the drum puts a smile on my face
Sadness overwhelms me when the song is done
And return to our fight where you grin like you've won.
