Today is the first day Jera work as a part-timer at the cafe near her school.
She didn't want her family to worry about her.
I'm sure mom would think about my health, my money for eat and stuffs. I wish I'll accepted there so she won't worry too much.
She thought a night before she informed that she accepted.

Jera POV
"Guys,let's go home," Hyeyoung said after packed her stuffs.
"uh..I have to do something. You guys go home first," I said.
"Hm? Can we just wait for you instead?" Yoora asked. "You always told us to go home first these days,"
"Yeah. You never tell us what happen too," Hyeyoung said.
"Guys, it will take so long. I don't want the both of you wait for me for 5 hours. So, can you guys go home first? Please?" I begged.
"Okay,then. Just tell us if something happen," Yoora said.
I nodded.
I headed to my work place right after my friends went home.
I open the back door of the cafe.
After I wear my work clothes, I headed to the cashier counter when suddenly someone called me.
"Hey Jera, manager-nim called you," this is Han Jiwoo, my workmate.
I nodded.
Then I went to the manager room. After knocked the door, I went in.
The manager flashed a smile right after I walked in.
"Jera, how's your school?" She asked softly.
"It's great. Um..why you call me,manager-nim?" I asked.
"Ah! Here," she gave me a paper. "It's our new promo. Promote it to the customers," she said.
I nodded and bowed.
"Eiy, don't be too formal to me,okay? And just call me eonnie instead," she flashed a bright smile. Gosh, her eyes smile is so beautiful.
"Okay,eonnie," I smiled.
Kang Seulgi is our manager. She also the owner of this cafe. She's really amazing because she made this cafe when she was only 20. She's beautiful and very nice to her workers. I wish I could be success like her.
After that I started to work as usual.
Author POV
Jera work as usual. Everyday after school.
She heard the door opened.
"Welcㅡ" she widened her eyes then turned back fast.
"Hm? Jera are you okay?" Jiwoo asked her.
She nodded.
"Y-yes," she fake coughed. "Eonnie, can I wear a mask? I'm coughing so bad," she said.
I'm sorry for lying eonnie. And..If I'm not wrong isn't that Seongwoo and Daniel who just entered the cafe? I don't want them to see me like this.
She thought.
"Sure," Jiwoo said.
Then Jera went to the staff room to wear her mask. After that, she went back to the cashier counter.
"Hey, can you give this to table no.9? We've got many orders here," Taewoo -Jera's workmate- said.
"Sure,"
Jera walk towards table no.9. She saw two familiar persons who sit at table no.9.
Shit..it's really Seongwoo and Daniel..
She thought.
"E-excuse me,here are your orders. Enjoy," she said then turned back.
"Hey," one of them said. "I mean, excuse me,"
She freeze on her place before she turned back to the table.
"Y-yes?" She trying hard to not make an eye contact with them.
"Can I have a cake, please? The chocolate caramel one," Daniel said.
"Sure. Is there anything else?" Jera asked.
"No,"
"Okay, please wait for it,"
Then Jera walked back to the counter.
"Hey, the waiter is weird,isn't she?" Seongwoo asked.
"Hm? Why you thought like that?" Daniel asked then sipped his coffee.
"I'm not sure tho. But it felt weird," Seongwoo said.
"Nah, maybe she just sick or something," Daniel said.
"Yeah, it can be,"
Then the both enjoying their coffee.

Sunday
Jera got the weekend shift since one of the weekend shift worker is on his holiday. She wore her mask when she work as usual.
"Good morning," Jera said right after she saw her workmates.
"Good morning. I'm sorry you have to work on weekend. We need more workers here," Seulgi said.
"It's okay eonnie," Jera smiled.
Seulgi smiled back.
"Okay,let's fight for today!"
Then all of the workers started to work.
Everyone busy with their work.
"This is for table no.16!"
"Where is the order?!"
"1 red velvet cake and 1 green tea frappe!"
"Hey, can you give this to table no.4?" A worker said to Jera.
She nodded and take the order to table no.4 where a boy who's around her age sit.
She can't see his face because he used a mask and hoodie.
"Here are your orders. Ice chocolate and caramel cake," she said.
The boy nodded.
Suddenly, he grab Jera's hand.
"Excuse me? Is there anything I can help?" Jera asked.
"I know it's you," he said.
"Sorry?"
He took Jera's mask off.
"I know it's you,Shin Jera," he chuckled then took off his mask.
Jera widened her eyes.
"Danielㅡ"
"Hehe,yup. It's me,"
