*Still 24 weeks pregnant
*Dinner at parents
*wednesday December 19th
Spencer POV
Today we are going to have dinner at my parents, with Melissa and her boyfriend. (Her boyfriend was a guy she meet in college, they have been dating for almost 5 years, his name is John.)
Toby had to work today, so I just relaxed all day, I haven't been feeling too good today.
It is now 3 pm
Toby walks in from work
"Hi honey" he says and kisses me
"Hi!" And I kiss him back
"We have to be at your parents at 5 or a little before, it takes 20 minutes to get there, and it is already after 3"
"Yes I know don't worry, I already took a shower, and I am dressed, and my hair is done, I just need to do my makeup, so you can take a shower, then when your done, i will come do my makeup, sound good? Dont worry we will get there on time"
"Okay Sounds good I will go take one"
"Okay"
Toby goes and takes a shower, then gets dressed and ready, it is 4 now.
"Spencer, you can come do your make up now!". He screams from the bathroom
"Okay I'm coming"
I walk into the bathroom and start doing my make up
When I am done I was just staring in the mirror fixing my hair.
The. Toby come behind me and wraps this hands around me. Then He put this head on my shoulder kisses my neck then whispers
"I love you" In my ear
I turn around, and say
"I love you too!" and kiss him
It is now 4:25
"Ready to leave Spence" Toby asks
"Yes, lets go"
We have a 20 minute drive to my parents.
When we get there Toby helps me out of the car, and we walk to the door, and my parents let us in. Melissa and Her boyfriend was already there, for about 5 minutes.
my dad opens the door
"Hello Spencer, and Toby"
"Hi dad" I say and hug him
"Hello" Toby says and they hug as well
"Hi honey it is so nice to see you guys !" My mom say
"Hi it is nice to see you too!"
I also hug Melissa
"Wow Spencer, you have got so big, no offense" My mom says, and Melissa agrees
"It's okay, and I know, it is healthy though, don't worry I have talked to my doctor"
About 10 minutes later, we sit down for dinner.
"So tonight, i've herd that both of my girls have big news to tell us, correct ". My dad says
"Correct" me and melissa reply
"Okay, so Who wants to go first?"
"Melissa can" I say
"Thank you Spence" Melissa says very nicely
"no problem"
"Okay guys, so I wanted to tell you guys that, me and John are engaged!"
We all look quite stunned
"wow congrats" My mom says and we all agree
"When is the wedding?" I ask
"we are thinking May 22nd"
"Exciting! I am so happy for you guys" I say
"Thank you!" She says and John agrees
"Now what is your news Spencer?". Melissa asks
"Well as you know me and Toby are expecting, but now we have found out that we are having twin girls!"
"Wow, are you guys happy?" Melissa asks
"Yes!" Toby says and I agree
"I am so happy for you guys! But you know that takes a lot if responsibility" My mom says
"Thanks, and yea we know, we are ready for them". Toby says and I agree
Dinner is now over, and we are about to leave.
"You guys are coming over for Christmas dinner right?" my mom asks
"Yes" me and Toby reply
Then we leave.
*when we get home
"Hey Toby?"
"Yes Spencer?"
"Do you have any ideas on names for the girls?"
"Well kinda, do you?"
"Well I just really like the name Penny!"
"Aw, I really like that name!"
"Aw I'm glad! You have any names that you like?"
"I like Nina, and Bridgette, and I really don't have any more"
"I really like those though!"
"Well I'm glad. We can basically each pick a name!"
"Yes we can" i say and smile at him
"You ready for bed? Or do you want me to give a back massage to help your back?" Toby asks
"Sure! If your willing to" I wrap my arms around him, and kiss him
"Oh course I am willing to! Go put on one of my shirts, and take off your jeans, and then ill take off my shirt, and put on some pj pants, when were done we can lay in bed, and I will rub your back until you fall asleep, sound good?"
"Sure" I say and go change
We lay down and he rubs my back, ohh does it feel soo amazing. I am so happy I have such an amazing husband, About a half hour later I fall asleep with Toby still rubbing my back.
