the stains you left on my skin
the taste you left in my mouth
normally, i wouldn't know what to think
but not right now

we both saw this coming
i forgot to ask how
my house is no art gallery
but i guess it could be one now

a colourful greeting
fireworks from my eyes
i'm glad you were happy to see me
accompanied by sunshine

the marks left on my body
my back, chest and face
now i know you'll never leave me
even if i'm a thousand miles away

i became your canvas
you the painter
you left me undressed
with a simple see you later

my unbuttoned shirt
will be left as proof
along with the works
of that fatal juice

i'm glad we're together
it all worked out this way
even if metaphorically
i'm glad you're here to stay
