Learning to live on my own (Sequel to Step brother)

Its starting

I woke up to the sound of little feet pattering on the floor and coming into my room. Sure enough it was Lelia and Nevada jumping onto my bed. They were laying in between us trying to wake Austin up because he was still sound asleep.

"Daddy get up!" Lelia said smacking his chest with her little hand

"Daddy" Nevada said kissing his face and he finally woke up.

"Oh it's you guys" he chuckled closing his eyes again

"Daddy get up your taking to long" Lelia said rolling her eyes

"Your just like your mother" she groaned

"Hey!" I said now smacking his chest playfully

"What! I love you though" he smiled

Nevada and Lelia went to him when he sat up on the bed. They engulfed him in hugs and kisses and he began tickling them and their little laughs escaped their mouths.

"I'll be back Amari needs to join this party" I said

"Mari!" Nevada said his eyes lighting up, he literally loved his brother

"Yes wanna come with?" I said holding my hand out and he jumped off the bed into their room

"Amari" I said smiling. He was sitting in his crib smiling back at me with drool dripping down his face "Mari let me wipe this off you"

"Momma" He smiled

"Yes and look the vada" I said pointing to Nevada and he was holding his arms out like he wanted to hold him so I let him down on the floor and Nevada walked him back to my room

"The whole family" Austin enthused

"Yay! We're all here" I said grabbing Amaris hand and lifting him onto the bed. He just sat their with the biggest smile on his face

"Dada" he said when Austin held him in his arms

"No Amari that's not your daddy, uncle Austin" I scolded

He was only 1 but I know if Alex heard him calling Austin daddy that he would be upset because he would think I was teaching him to do that or something so I had to let him know.

"No dada"

"Yes he's not ur daddy your daddy isn't here but you'll see him tonight"

Austin and I planned on going on a double date tonight but with the kids so it wasn't really a date but I hate being away from my kids honestly.

Austin and I ended up taking a shower together to save water. We showered like we did in the old days when we were teenagers before I was pregnant. It was weird to be back dating him again but it was honestly going well. I think now that Austins getting older he's maturing more.

"I remember these showers" Austin smiled drying his hair off

"Yeah so do I, when we would have to sneak around" I chuckled looking at him through the mirror

"Yeah now it doesn't even matter anymore"

"Your right two kids later what does it matter"

"What do you think about my music career your gonna come with me wherever I go?" He asked

"I don't know if I can do that we have kids Austin and Amari needs to see Alex"

"Things are always complicated" he said shaking his head

"Yeah I know"

"Alex could always take Amari while you came on tour with me and my mom could watch the kids?"
