Setting: where we last left off; Jemima's p.o.v.

"Look," Harry says, "Buckbeak's still alive."

"Of course," Hermione says, "remember what Dumbledore said?"

"..." um...no? I stopped paying attention when his words got all mysterious

"If we succeed, more than one innocent life can be spared," Hermione says

"..." oh that part, yea I remember that part

"Let's go," she whispers before pushing Harry to follow

"Come on Jemi," He says grabbing my hand and pulling me as Hermione drags him along

"I'm coming, I'm coming," I say quickly

I zone out a bit as we run, hide behind the large pumpkins and watch our past selves in the house; I tap harry when I notice the headmaster coming with the minister and executioner...

"What?" He snaps, "ow!" He exclaims when I smack the back of his head and point out what I see

"Look," I hiss

"Here they come," he says when he sees what I see, "we have to hurry."

"Fudge has to see Buckbeak before we steal him," Hermione says stopping him, "otherwise he'll think Hagrid set him free."

"She's right," I whisper as we go back to watching the events in the cottage, "dam rat."

"Pettigrew," Harry murmurs

"Harry you can't," Hermione warns

"Hermione that's the man the betrayed our parents," he says gesturing to me, "you don't expect me to just sit here."

"Yes, you must," she says as she drags him in another direction and I follow them, "Harry your in Hagrid's hut now; if you just go bursting in now, he'll think you've gone mad," she says panting, "awful things happen to wizards who metal with time Harry, we can't be seen."

"Guys..." I whisper

"..." they look where I'm looking

"Fudge is coming," Hermione says, "we aren't leaving...why aren't we leaving?"

"..." I pick up a stone and throw it as hard as I can through Hagrid's open window and break a jar full of something

"Are you mad?" Harry exclaims to me

"Mm," Hermione throws a rock and hits the past Harry in the back of his head

"Ow," present Harry murmurs, "that hurt."

"Sorry," Hermione says before we go back to watching everything, "Come on, we're coming out the back door. Go."

We hurry into the forest that's just behind us and watch quietly till we almost get caught by ourselves when current Hermione steps on a twig. We hide out of sight until all our past selves leave, then we slowly emerge and go back to hiding behind the pumpkins again...

"Okay," she says quickly, "go Harry, go."

Harry starts to make his way over to Buckbeak, but is soon attacked by the crows; I change into my white dove form and attack the crows to leave him alone. When Harry manages to get the chance that holds Buckbeak, the hypogriff refuses to budge and Hermione urges him to keep trying, while I fly past her and land on the hanging racks of dead animals and she follows me...
