I walked downstairs to get some water. The clock on the stove said 12:30pm. I didn't even have to check in the living room I could hear the remote controls clicking from the boys hitting the buttons so fast.

I was about to head back upstairs when I heard a familiar voice say something. They must have noticed me. What a surprise.

It was Finn. " Hey y/n, where you going in such hurry?"

I walked from where I was to go sit on the couch with them.

" No where now," I sarcastically told him back.

I sat down in between Jaeden and Finn. Jack and Wyatt were sitting on the floor next to the couch with a bowl of popcorn between them.

I pulled out my phone to scroll through social media since the boys were busy playing video games anyway. Then I heard a familiar ding.

I looked and saw I got a text. I hurried and turned the ringer off so the guys wouldn't hear it and say anything. I saw I got a text from-
Jaeden? He was sitting right beside me.

Then I remember what he said about not talking to me much in front of the guys for obvious reasons.

My heart fluttered. What would he want?

Without even realizing I did it. I pushed him over. Luckily no one noticed. Not even Finn. Jaeden just looked at me widened eyed and then he realized no one saw. We both smiled.

Maybe this would work out.
