• After many attempts at redeeming their name, the villain gave up on anyone ever seeing them in a better light; but it seemed like the hero was the one exception to that.
• Little did they know, it was the little things, like the playful banter, that was what captured their heart.
• They were all too good at being the bad guy, and love was way out of their league, but they liked being the best at everything they did.
• They knew they were bad at being a villain, but when it boiled down to the hero thanking them for "saving the day", the villain wasn't quite sure if they minded.
• They were being annoying, they knew, but their only chance at spending time with the hero was creating a little bit of chaos.
• They didn't see themselves as a good person, but when the hero tried so hard, they could almost believe it.
