In all honesty, you were in love with the abusive bastard. Why? You simply didn't know. Was it sick that the person you love beats u up on a daily basses? Yes and no. Yes because you still loved the guy, and no because when you first saw him you fell... hard, when he stalked you, you felt safe. Is that weird? Definitely.

When you went through the gates, passed the school entrance, into the halls, everything was quiet as can be. You liked it. The only time it can be quiet between your two worlds of abuse. Sadly to say, that all changed when a high pitched voice laughed through the empty hall ways.

(Rival's name) was currently walking down the hall way being followed by his/her two minions. For some unknown reason, they hated you with a great filled passion. You tried to hide yourself with your locker door, but it was too late. S/he saw you.

"Well, well. Looked what the bitch dragged in." (Rival's name) said with a little pur at the end as his/her minions went to either side of you, making sure you don't decide to run away.

You didn't reply, and just continued to stare at your open locker, hoping they'll just leave you alone. Sadly that just wasn't possible. You were not going to get out of this no matter how hard you try. No you will save you nor do anything but laugh and point with friends. Even nerds did that.

Unknown to you, one person can and will. He can and will, even if he bullied you. It's just that he didn't quite understand, he didn't want you to be with anyone but him; and he bullied you to keep the guys away and hope this unknown feeling would go away. It was love, he was in love with you but didn't know what to call in, he hated himself because he didn't know what to call the sparks he felt when you two bumped into each other. He talked about it with Killer once, he said the feeling was love and he should stop hurting you and confess like a normal person would, but he still bullied you and it hurt him a little bit more every damn time he did too.

They had watched everything so far. You walking in, going to your locker, (Rival's name) approaching you calling you a bitch and cornering you. Kid almost lost it when he saw you do nothing but stand there as his/her minions started grabbing your stuff out of your locker and throw them at you while pulling your hair in the process. Kid took a step towards your direction but was stopped when Killer put a hand on his shoulder stopping him.

"Let me go Killer." Kid demanded lowly as venom laced his words. Killer replied by shacking his head.

"That depends captain. Do you plan on helping her, or hurting her." He said with a serious voice. He didn't want Kid to help with the bulling but to stop it and protect you. After all he knew everything. He knows how your parents died, how his aunts treat you and how now Kid treats you. He wanted to at least shine the light of your past on to Kid, with out it seeming he told him. After all he cared about you, he was your cousin after all and he stopped you multiple times from killing yourself. Though you didn't know it was him because he wore a mask at school and his hair was down, but when you saw him his hair was pinned up but his bangs still covered his eyes.

"Help her of course!" He said, glaring at the masked man as he shoved his hand of his shoulder and started walking towards the group of bullies as they laughed and kicked you. He couldn't stand it. Is this how you where when he treated you like that. You weren't even screaming. This angered him to no end, he was angered at himself for doing this to you, and angered you where being treated like this.

"Hey!" He yelled at the top of his lungs not caring if classes where going on. "The fuck to you think your fucking doing to her!" He yelled again surprising the group and you.

Once he got a looked at your face, he noticed tears rolling down your face. He cursed himself and the bullies around you.

"Oh it's Kid! How are you doing honey? I'm just putting this slut in her place" Your rival said (n/a: if your rival is a guy... then he apparently is gay.) as he walked over towards him, then wrapping his/her arms around Kid's neck.

Before anyone could do anything, (Rivals name) was on the ground and Kid was walking towards you, scaring the minions in the processes as they began to run away. "If anyone is the slut here, it's you. Don't touch what's mine. Get the fuck out of my fucking sight before I kill you." He threatened. (Y/n) was astonished. You never received threats close to that from him, they were just 'do this or I'll...' whatever, they where just blackmail sort of threats.

"What do you mean by yours? She can't be. You treat her like crap!" S/he yelled with tears in her/his eyes.

"She's been fucking mine since I first saw her. I'm in love with her. Messing with her is like messing with my gang, and messing with me. Now get." He said with a killer glare in his eyes.

Once (rivals name) was gone. Kid turned to you and picked you up in his arms, causing you to blush as you tried to take everything in. "Killer clean up this mess." Kid orders snapping you out of it, as Kid began to walk.

"Killer? Could it possibly be?" You mumbled causing Kid to stop. He didn't know how to feel about this. He felt something burning inside him when his best friend's name came from your mouth but not his name. You noticed this and grabbed on his jacket and mashed your face into his chest. "Killer.... are you my cousin?" You quickly asked as you look over kids shoulder, calming him down as he too looked. Killer only nodded in reply, as you smiled and nudged your head further into Kid's chest as he brought you to the nurses office.

No one seemed to be there. This caused him to frown. He didn't know the first thing to do when it came to first aid. Reluctantly he set you down at the bed and looked right at you.

"Tell me what to do." He demanded looking into your eyes. His eyes held worry, and fear, also love?

"W-what?" You stuttered by the demand.

"Your hurt. I don't know what to do, so tell me." He said going closer and cupping your check.

"Um. Hand me that box right there and I can do the rest." You replied looking away as a blush creeped up your face.

He handed you the first aid box as you told him to and watched you do everything you needed to do. When you gave him the box back to put back where he got it, he noticed a red dot on your wrist that was getting bigger and bigger.

He shoved the box on the floor and grabbed your arm. "Wa-wait no don-" you tried to plea but it was to late. He saw the lines on the wrists and the blood flowing down. You looked away in shame biting your lip.

"(Y/n)" he said sadly. "Was I the cause of this?" He asked shakily.

"Not entirely" you replied on the verge of tears. He looked back at you and lot go of your hand. 'This is it' you thought. 'He's going to leave me.'

He didn't leave. Instead he hugged you. Surprising you.

"(Y/n) who else hurt you. I'll teach them. (Y/n) I'm sorry for what I've done. I'm so sorry. Your mine (y/n), I won't let anyone hurt you again! I'm in love with you." He said pulling you close.

"I'm in love with you too, Kid"

And sure enough, your aunts found themselves in jail for the crimes of child abuse, thievery, and murder of (your mother's name) and (your father's name). It turns out that the thieves at the bank where them and escaped prison but landed back into prison thanks to Kid.

With no place to go, you now live with Kid and his gang. He always keeps you safe and around him. The only other guy he trusts you to be alone with is Killer, given that you two are cousins. Kid might be a bit more, really a lot more, then a bit over protective, but you honestly didn't mind. You were happy to be by his side. He used to be your bully but now he is your lover.
