CHARLOTTE 'LOTTE' WEAVERS was everything that her parents wanted her to be. She had grown up to become a successful university student, soon to accomplish big things in life and to start a new page growing up. That was until she made the mistake to visit Central City.
IT WAS THE night when the particle accelerator exploded. Countless people were affected by this traumatic event. Including Charlotte herself. Her life completely flipped. And now it seems that a good girl can go bad after all. She thought that no one could save her, that no one could get her out of the mess that she has made.
BUT THAT WAS when her saviour came to the rescue. The Flash. And it was that moment when she made a new wish. A wish to see who the man under the mask really was. And she was going to find out how he was, no matter what the cost.

━━━charlotte gets her powers and goes to her parents out for help and support but instead, they get all freaked out and highkey disown her
━━━after her parents are bashing at her it's the point where charlotte makes her first wish which is for her parents to be dead, and they do end up dying. that's kinda like her turning point to dedicating herself to evil
━━━her powers are to grant her own wishes, and the ones asked by humans and meta-humans around her. she is able to make the worst of wishes come true by her demand, so she uses the "be careful what you wish for" as like a small motto
━━━ ❛ your wish is yours to keep ❜ is her catchphrase before she grants the wish
━━━ her supervillain alter ego goes by the name of genie
━━━she works at cc jitters, it's a side job and makes her known to cc jitters as a citizen instead of this mysterious person that pops up in the city all of a sudden
━━━she's an "introvert" as much as charlotte actually likes talking to people when she's in her genie gettup, she pulls the act of being an introvert when she's not her alter ego
━━━ this plot deserves a lot of justice because the first person that got this plot destroyed everything about this, they changed everything without my consent and practically destroyed this plot. i love lotte so please if you take this plot give it justice!!!
