I felt my cheeks turn red with blood

My parents turned their head to look at me.

Corey looked at me with nothing but love in his eyes.

"I would love that.." I said smiling at him.

His slid his hand across the blanket and intertwined his fingers with mine.

In that moment I forgot about everything that had gone wrong this past year. All I could focus on was Corey

"Well me and your father have to go now." She said winking

"We do?" My dad said earning an elbow from my mother "oh yeah we do." He said rubbing his side

My mom stood up and dusted herself off and my dad shook Corey's hand and stood up as well.

"Nice seeing you again Corey." My mother smiled at him "bye Mika."
