"So why are with in here again?" I laughed
"Well I wanted to know what you thought about me throwing a party." Corey smiled.
"I don't care."
"Really?" He arched an eyebrow
"Corey, why would I care?" I stood up putting my hands on my hips
Corey shrugged lifting up his hand to brush a lock of hair out of his eye
"Oh, alright then." He said tapping his foot
"When?" I said laying down on my bed and grabbing my phone.
"Tonight."
"Tonight?!?" I sat up and stared at him wide eyed.
"Yes tonight." He chuckled and walked out,
In the doorway he stopped and looked at me.
"Oh and Naomi? Wear something nice."
I think my heart skipped a beat..
"O-okay." I felt blood rushing to my cheeks
He gave me a smirk and left my room

I walked out to my car and put my keys in
I started the car up and sat there.
I sighed
Why is Naomi so perfect.
Why do I like her so much.
"Ugh" I grunted and hit the steering wheel and its beep made me jump
No she's with Kai.
Might as well forget about her.
I pulled out my phone and dialed her.
"Hello?"
"Hey Emma, I'm having a party tonight wanna come?"
"Sure."
I could tell she was smiling on the other end of the phone and that made me laugh
"Why are you laughing?"
"No reason, see you tonight."
I hung up and put my phone in my pocket, and drove to the super market.

I was walking outside with my roommate Eric when I saw it.

I got close enough to where I could hear their conversation, so basically I was behind a bush.
I sat down and motioned for Eric to come quickly and sit with me
"Wha-" Eric started to say arching an eyebrow
I put a finger to my mouth and silently shushed him.
"Listen." I whispered to him
He nodded and sat down.
"I'm sorry I can't come back to your room Jessica." Kai's deep voice said
"It's alright, why can't I come with you to the party though, I wanna meet your friends if we're dating." A female voice said
"maybe you'll meet them sometime.. but not tonight" He mumbled
"Liar." I whispered to Eric
"Oh.. okay." The girl said brushing a strand of hair behind her ear
I saw them kiss again and I got up.
"Hey Kai!" I said angerly
He jaw dropped. and his face washed of all color
"Who is this?" The girl said awkwardly
"Nobody." Kai said "please leave so we can talk Jessica.."
"Wh-" she started
"Just leave." He cut her off
With that she scurried away
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" He yelled at me
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" I yelled back
"Just don't tell-" he started
"Naomi? well too late buddy." I said "in fact I'll go tell her-"
I felt a hard punch to my jaw and I fell backwards onto a bench
"R-right n-now."
"Listen here buddy if you tell Naomi any of this I will hurt you.You get what I'm saying?"
I nodded holding my hand against my throbbing jaw
"Good" he said spitting on me and he walked away with his hands in his pockets
Eric came out from behind the bushes and ran to me
"Jason,what just happened? Please explain, are you okay???" Eric said staring at my jaw
"I think you saw what just happened, and yes I'm fine." I sighed standing up
"No I meant explain what that was about. People don't just punch out of nowhere." Eric tilted his head slightly and looked concerned
"It's nothing, just a girl." I mumbled
"Naomi? The one that came to our apartment? Is that her boyfriend? Is he cheating? If he is cheating then who that girl? And why is he cheating?" Eric started rambling again. He tends to do that sometimes.
"Yes Naomi, and yes cheating. I have absolutely no idea who that girl is besides the fact that she's in my history class. Her name is... Jill... jam... Jessica! That's it. And once again I have no idea why he's cheating." I paused and let Eric take all that in.
"But." Eric started
"Eric no more questions." I said and started walking back in the directing of our building. I knew he wouldn't quit with the questions. That's just the person Eric is he has to know everything.
I stopped walking and waited for a second..
"Wait!" Eric said running to catch up
I sighed. "More questions?"
Eric nodded and I rolled my eyes
