What are left of the Time Masters are horrified when they discover the truth about the Oculus, because despite the fact that they never rebelled they still deeply believed in helping people, and were disgusted by the thought that the people that they basically lived to serve had been the cause of all this suffering. They used every last resource they had into helping the Rebels fix the world, and reconciled with the Legends team. It was just this show of resilience and strength that made the Thangarians stay away from the earth, which the team finds beautifully ironic.
