Stand Up - Part 8

Emma’s POV :

A week ago there was the little party by the Collins. That night I slept over at Liam’s place, nothing happened just in case you’d be interested. Liam and I have been going on 2 more dates, one just going to the cinema and the other one was a picnic by the moonlight, very romantic. We’ve been sleeping together almost every night. There was a new famous chick called Caitlin Camez, beautiful girl, but such a bitch. I couldn’t stand her and most of all because people were saying that she & Liam would be a perfect couple, it was seriously pissing me off. I don’t get jealous that fast, but just because she’s famous, a bitch but so beautiful I was jealous. Other celebs and even some Directioners were saying they’d be thé perfect coulple.
I got up and directly turned on the tv as Sky turned it back off “What are you doing ?” I asked her “Well erm, you just got up and I thought we could have breakfast together ?” she questioned “Sky, we never have breakfast together... And I’m not hungry yet” I said as I wanted to grab the remote but Sky was faster “Will you cook me an egg than ?” she asked “You can cook one by yourself” I replied “But your eggs taste better” she said, I sighed deep “Gosh, what’s going on with you ?” I questioned as I walked to the kitchen and cooked Sky an egg, I heard her taking a deep breath. “Done” I said as I putted the pan on the table, she jumped up and came to the kitchen as I wanted to walk to the couch “Sit with me” she said “Fine, eat in the couch” I replied as I took a seat, she ran to me, grabbed the remote and threw it away “What’s wrong with you !?” I shouted mad “You can’t watch tv” she said quickly “and why not ?” I questioned as I gave her a confused look “because errrm” – “Yes ?” I said “Because we haven’t done something together since such a long time now” she said “we can also watch tv together ?” I questioned “No” she replied quick “Why not ? I just woke up Sky, I need time to wake up, we can go out this afternoon if you want to, buy some new clothes but for now I just want to see some tv” I said “No, we’re not going to town neither” she said, I sighed “Figure out what you want” I sad as I got mad “We can just enjoy the sun in the backyard” she said, I got up and turned the tv on “NO!” she shouted, I turned mad around “What the hell is wrong !?” I shouted back “You.. You just can’t watch tv..” she said quietly “I will” I said as I took the remote, fixed it and sat down in the couch, I was zapping a bit “Your eggs will be cold” I said mad not facing Sky, she sighed “I tried to stop you” she said quietly and walked to the kitchen, I looked confused. What was she talking about, I shook my head and watched some celebrity news “Liam Payne from One Direction was spotted by the famous restaurant “The Fox” with his new girlfriend Caitlin Camez from the X Factor” I beg your pardon ? I shook my head and turned the tv volume up “Oh God” I head Sky saying from the kitchen, this is why she didn’t want me to watch tv “It seemed they had a nice time together. They walked out the restaurant holding each others hand, Liam definitely couldn’t keep his eyes of her. They’ve been kissing whole night.”  She continued, I felt some tears rolling down my cheek. I didn’t trust her, but I didn’t know Liam was like this. “They’re the perfect couple. Twitter is full of it. It looks serious between them. Caitlin tweeted they’re already dating for 2 weeks now, but that he’s the one she always have waited for. Also Liam tweeted that he’s happy”  the lady said, I heard the doorbell ringing but I didn’t move, I was just staring at the pictures from Liam and Caitlin as the tears streamed down my face, Sky opened the door “She’s in the couch” I heard her saying, I wiped my tears quickly and saw Liam appearing in the living room, I felt anger coming up, but also sadness “Emma –“ he said “I don’t want to hear it ! Just shut up, I don’t want to hear ANYTHING of you anymore. Go to your other girlfriend, she’s way better than I am. Hope you have a nice life together with her !” I shouted at him, I tried to control my tears, I didn’t want to show it hurted me “It’s not what you think” he said calm “Not what I think !? Do you want me to show you the pictures of you two kissing in the restaurant !? Is that the place where you take all your girlfriends on the first date !? Cause our first date was there too, if you weren’t thinking of her that night !” I shouted “Just listen to what he has to say” Sky said “NO! And you don’t have to tell me what to do neither, cause you knew about this ! All of you did, and I don’t want to see or hear any of you ! And I don’t want to see you or hear neither !” I shouted to both of them as I ran upstairs, locked my door and burst into tears. I received many texts from Liam, Gina, Niall and the others but I didn’t want to answer them, the only person I answered was Caitling and I told her she had to leave me alone, and that I hope she’ll have a nice time with Liam, than I turned off my phone. When I checked Twitter I saw that the lady was right, Twitter was full of it, people who knew that we were dating were feeling bad, other people were happy, others already hated her. I just turned of my computer and turned on the tv, when I saw every celebrity news channel was going about Liam and Caitlin dating, I turned my tv off too. I turned on my ipod and while I was crying on my bed. “Emma sweetheart” I heard my mom saying the next day by my door “Open your door please” she said, she waited few seconds and sighed deeply “I’mma put your dinner here than and I’ll leave” she said, I heard her putting my plate on the floor and she went downstairs again, I didn’t open my door, I turned on my phone “43 new messages”  and “17 missed calls” – “Seriously ?” I questioned myself as I sighed, I looked who texted me but didn’t read the texts “Gina, Niall, Liam, Harry, Louis, Eleanor, Liam’s mom….” I said to my self “Liam’s mom…” I repeated, I sighed and opened her message “Hi sweetheart, Liam told me what happened and I saw it on tv. When I heard it I was really mad at him, but I listened to everything he told me and it helped me to understand the situation. I understand you don’t want to see or hear him right now, so I told him to leave you alone for couple of days, cause I know you will listen to what he has to tell you when you’re ready for it. Take your time, he will be waiting. He really loves you, don’t forget that x x x” some tears rolled down my cheek as I my phone vibrated again, I saw Sarah her name appearing, Sarah Collins. I opened her message “I heard what happened and I feel so bad for you at the moment ! You can always come here for few days if you want to. Just take some days off ? I thought it would maybe be a good moment to ask you if you could babysit on Shane and Shauny ? You don’t have to but atleast you got 3 days of than… Let me know what you want, we’re leaving tonight and we’re coming back the day after tomorrow. Let me know something darling x x”  I sighed, maybe I should go there for few days, not telling someone where I am, just few days off so I got the time to think.. “Alright, I’ll be there at 8pm x x”  I replied back, I looked at the time and saw I had 1 hour left. I got up, grabbed my laptop, Ipod and packed my stuff. I went downstairs “I’m gone for 3 days, nothing to worry about I’m not far. I’m not telling you where, but I’m save. And I won’t answer my phone neither” I said to my mom, she looked worried at me. I looked like a total mess, my hair in a messy bun, just wearing some sweatpants “Okay sweetheart” my mom said, I turned around and saw Sky was looking at me, I gave her a weak smile and left. Only 15 minutes later I arrived by the Collins. I used my mom her car to get here, my parents took 3 days off they could use my dad’s car. “Hey darling, how are you feeling ?” Sarah asked my while she hugged me “I’m fine” I lied and gave her a weak smile, “I’m sorry but we gotta go. If there’s something wrong call us or go to the neighbors alright ?” she questioned “Fine” I said “We’ll catch up later, sorry !” she shouted as she rushed herself to the car together with Tim “It’s fine” I said, as she waved at me and drove away. I walked inside, Shane high fived me “Long time ago” he said, I smiled and nodded “Yeah, too long” I said “Where’s Shauny ?” I asked “She’s already in her bed, at 9pm I have to go to bed too and tomorrow we have to get up at 7am for going to the playground” he said as he smiled “Oh, alright than” I said as I smiled “I’mma take a shower first” he said as he walked upstairs, I walked around in the house and smiled, I couldn’t believe I helped building this house together with --, my eyes teared up by thinking Liam’s family started all this. I sighed, grabbed my laptop and turned the tv on. I found a letter from Sarah laying on the kitchen table, she wrote down some instructions and information to make it easier, I readed the whole paper when Shane came from behind the corner “Goodnight” he said, I smiled at him while hangin the letter on the fridge “Goodnight” I replied, he went upstairs and got into his bed. I watched my favorite talk show “Alan Carr Chatty Man” that man is so funny, I couldn’t stop laughing, it sucks it’s only every Sunday. When the show ended he showed the guests for next week “One Directiooon” he shouted happily, I sighed “Seriously ?” I questioned myself. I switched to a music channel as I grabbed my laptop and checked Twitter “Liam and Caitlin”  was still trending, I was reading my mentions, some people were feeling bad for me, others were hating on Liam for cheating on me, but a lot of people were worried so I decided to give a sign of life “I’m taking a few days off, not only on Twitter but I also left home to have some time on my own. Don’t worry, I’m save. Thanks for caring xx”  I watched some funny video’s on youtube, went upstairs, packed out my stuff, turned my PJ’s on and laid down on my bed listening to music while I cried myself asleep.
