THIRD PERSON

It was the first day of Christmas break at Hogwarts. Ron was with his family, and Hermione was as well. Harry stayed back at Hogwarts, because his boyfriend Draco Malfoy was staying there for the holidays while his parents were on a vacation.

Ron had begged Harry to come to The Burrow with him, but Harry refused to leave his love at school alone. Besides, it would mean Harry could get more alone time with Draco, which he didn't get enough of.

It was fairly cold outside, and the snow thickly layered the grounds, in big drifts here and there. Harry had convinced Draco to go on a walk with him in the beautiful (in Harry's opinion, it was beautiful) snowy weather. Draco reluctantly agreed, because if his boyfriend really wanted to, then he would of course go with him.

They were currently walking in a comfortable silence, their feet marking the untouched, white snow. There was almost no one else outside except for them.

After a few minutes of silence, Harry decided to disturb it. Draco didn't notice when Harry hung back a bit, grabbed some snow, shaped it into a perfectly round ball, and threw it. It didn't hit the back of Draco's head like Harry had intended, but Draco's right shoulder.

When the older boy felt something cold hit his shoulder, he froze and turned to face a grinning Harry.

Draco glared playfully, "You are lucky that I love you, Potter, or you'd be hexed by now for that."

"What, you're not gonna send one back?" Harry smirked.

"I never said that," Draco stated, bending down, "I just said I wouldn't hex you."

Then a snowball flew at Harry, who tried to dodge it, but still got hit on the arm. After that, they kept throwing more and more at each other, each getting hit on the face at least once. They would dive behind snow drifts, trees or whatever they could find and then throw another.

Harry tackled Draco to the ground and pinned his arms down. Their faces were both pink and flushed from the cold. Snow and water coated their hair and clothes. Harry stared adoringly at Draco's flushed cheeks, and soft, red lips. Then he leant down and kissed them gently.

Draco wouldn't take that, so he deepened the kiss and pulled Harry closer to him. Their tongues were entwined and hands were roaming. After a few minutes of that, they pulled away, breathless.

"Merlin, if that's what I get when we have a snowball fight, we should have them more often," Draco stated.
