CHAPTER 37

"Ms. Kim, Mr. Song wants to see you in the VIP room he wants to tell you something and also wants to introduce you to his investors, since they liked the party you arranged"

"Okay then I'll be there in a minute..."

As I arrived at the VIP room Mr. Song greeted me and gestured for me to take seat, I felt a little nervous when I saw 2 tall men wearing suits sitting across  Mr. Song

"OH! Ms. Kim, gladly your here now.. come take a seat" Mr. Song greeted

"yeh, sorry for making you wait sir" I apologized, bowing my head down and afterwards making my way towards the seat

"by the way Mr. Song I thought there are three of them?" I asked in confusion

"actually jungha, the two of them are the men of the 'investor' , there is only one investor and I have mistaken to tell you 'investors' " Mr. Song chuckled

"ah.. I see, So.. where's the investor now?"

"oh, I forgot to tell you he went to the restroom a while ago maybe he'll be back in a sec, you can drink whine first while waiting" Mr. Song said handing me a bottle of whine

I nodded taking the whine from him and pouring some in a random empty glass, Might as well drink some whine since I didn't got to drink some a while ago 

but before I could taste some, even just a little drop.. I again got cut off while almost drinking my whine when a loud familiar ' ehem ' was heard behind me

'Now who could this little fucker be?!?'  I sighed, turning around to see the person who cut me off from drinking my whine

I will surely kil--

"Mr. Jeon, I want to introduce to you Ms. Kim the one who planned this party" Mr. Song said

"I see.. I love it, pleasure to meet you again Ms. Kim..." Jungkook said with a sly smirk on his face, he held out his hands for a handshake waiting for my response

Stay calm Jungha. Pull your shit together and Stay. Calm.

I shook my hands with him and responded "Pleasure meeting you too Mr. Jeon"

afterwards I was the first one to pull away from our handshake

As the time goes by the atmosphere became more awkward. for me. 

I sometimes caught him staring at me while talking to Mr. Song and I just wanna leave this room right now and breathe!

"Mr. Song, since you two have things to discuss I guess its better if I'll leave you two for a momen--"

but then Jungkook cut me off.

Why is he so friggiding good when it comes to cutting peoples words off! urgh!

"actually Ms. Kim our conversation is done here, and I want to talk to you IN PRIVATE" he said, emphasizing the word private

well shit, this is about to go real

I gulped down a huge amount of saliva before stuttering 

"O-Okay then.. S-sir"

We are inside his car awkwardly staying silent..

then he started the conversation

"So.. Jungha, How's life?" he asked

"umm.. fine.. i guess?" I responded chuckling awkwardly, trying to avoid eye contact with him

"you?.. how about you?" I asked

"Happy.. Very Happy.. because at last I saw you again" he stated

HUH?

"wait- what? I thought we are going to talk about business matte--"

"Didn't you hear me? fine i'll make it clearer for you,

I feel so happy and relieved now because after 3 years of searching you.. I finally found you again" he said, cupping my cheeks

"why are you doing this Jungkook? You- you are m-married, stop doing this" I frowned, looking down

I can't be a mistress. I don't wanna be

"who said I married someone else?" he said holding my hand tightly almost not wanting to let go

"but I, I thought you married Verna?" I asked in confusion

"Why would I make a sacred promise to someone I don't even love, I did not do what you asked me to Jungha, I made a plan"

"How did you came up with such plans just to see me?"

"Remember my promise to you when we dated? when I told you 'even if destiny will part us again and again and again I swear, I will always make a way for us to be together', I kept that promise, the promise that I told you I'll never break" (A/N I also kept my promise guys I did my best to update ASAP XD sori)

that's when I can't hold it any longer I hugged him and cried, I didn't care if his suit will get wet from my tears as I poured it all out

He then whispered some comforting words while soothing my back to calm me down

"I never expected this to happen, I never thought I would get to see you again" I mumbled in his chest

"Sshh.. its okay, I made plans now don't worry" he chuckled

"but how about your mother?" I asked, looking up at him with red puffy eyes and slightly pinkish nose 

"She is not my mother, and I don't care about her now..like I said I made plans.. She can never break us up again"

"And by the way I'm taking you on a date tomorrow." He said

"huh?!? wait, I have so many paper works to make tomorrow I can--"

"You're excused I already told your boss and he allowed you to go out with me tomorrow, so no excuses YOU. ARE. COMING. WITH. ME" he said, stubbornly

"Fine then.. " I sighed.
