Napangiti naman si Greg. "Stop saying like I'm a real shit. I'm just messy and not a shit."
Kristine laughed. "A good-looking shit."
"I'll take that as a compliment." Greg with a smile on his lips.
"You really love your wife, aren't you?"
Huh? I really what?
Napa-ubo si Greg nang wala sa oras. "Ikaw, kamusta na kayo ni Fred? Ba't hindi mo pa siya patawarin?"
Kristine acted vomiting. "Ew! Greg, I have no time for him. Hindi ko din siya kailangan atsaka alam mo namang ayoko nang makipagbalikan sakanya. Ikinasal ako sakanya pero I'm setting an annulment hinihintay ko nalang na pirmahan niya so everything will be soon processed."
Yes, Kristine was married to Fred but because he's a womanizer and she can't change him, she decided to end their marriage but Fred doesn't like too.
"What's wrong in forgiving your husband?" Pang-aasar na tanong ni Greg.
"I had enough, Greg, and I already forgive him. Ayoko lang na bumalik sa bangungot na yun." Kristine said.
"I think he's changing." Greg stated. "Wala siyang ka-date kagabi and he won you last night. So, what are you planning to do with your date?"
"None but to date him." Kristine rolled her eyes.
Sakto namang dumating na ang kapeng kanina pang hinihintay ni Greg. "Asaan ang senyorita mo?" tanong nito sa kasambahay.
"Nasa library po. Wag daw pong istorbuhin at gumagawa siya ng mga bagong designs." Sagot ng naka unipormeng kasambahay.
Greg nodded for knowing. "Kumain na ba yun?"
Kristine was simply listening to them with a smile on her lips.
The maid shook her head. "Wala pong gana."
"Cook her some Cordon Bleu that's her favorite." He said. Inalam talaga niya kung ano ang paborito nitong pagkain.
Nice, one point for being a good husband, Greg. He told himself.
"Okay po, Senorito." The maid left them.
"You're so caring to your wife. So, what's your plan for your date?"
He shook his head with a smile. "Let's not talk about it." Nalala nanaman niya ang narinig mula sa kwarto nito kagabi.
She nodded for knowing. "Anyway, how's your hacienda? I heard na may balak ka daw dagdagan ang lawak ng rancho? You're eating too much land space, Greg. Paano naman ang ibang mga negosyante na gustong bumili ng lupa?"
It was true he was planning to buy the next lot to their ranch. Lumalaki kasi ang business nila at ang ibinebenta nilang saka ay lumalawak na rin ang koneksyon.
"You're greedy now." Tatawang sabi ni Kristine.
"I'm not greedy the 30 percent of the ranch's income was moved for the charity. Hindi lahat ng kinikita ay napupunta sa bank accounts naming mag-asawa. Wag mokong itulad kay Chavo na ginagamit ang kita para sa mga babae niya." Greg laughed.
Kristine shook her head with a smile on her lips. "I think we're talking too much. I need to go and finalize everything. . . ." She stood up from her seat. "So, I'll keep going. See you whenever I see you."
Si Greg naman ay nanatiling nakaupo.
"Aren't you going to send me down out?" She asked.
