1. B-Free Diss (from BTS' History 2013)

On November 21, 2013, Rap Monster and Suga were invited to Kim Bo Hyun's Hip Hop Invitational 1st Anniversary Broadcast, while there, a rapper named B-Free began to diss the members over the issues of underground rappers and rappers from companies. B-Free's remarks caused much anger from fans, who then began sending him angry messages on his social media accounts. Eventually, he tweeted, "[This] only makes me want to work harder and make better music and maybe I can be a better person on the process. I just make fun of things from a perspective where if a man wears make-up and dance[s] like Lady Gaga, I just meant to make fun and that's it."

To help calm fans, BigHit CEO, Hitman Bang, expressed that the time was inappropriate for B-Free to make such comments. He tweeted, "I think that speaking what's on your mind is the basic attitude of hip hop. But no matter what the genre, shouldn't you know when the time or place is or isn't appropriate? It was another's party to celebrate their one-year anniversary. If you can't keep what you have to say to yourself, wouldn't it be better to not come on?"

Days later, Rap Monster released a cover track of Drake's song, 'Too Much', with lyrics that many suspected was directed to B-Free and his comments.

2. 'Namjoon's card' or Namjoon's 'racy' comment

During their Shim Shim Ta Pa radio show guesting, back in 2013, they were asked to display their talents to which Namjoon replied by saying his talent was 'talking like a black person'. He then talked like a black person, ensuing laughs and mockery among the hosts of the show and the BTS members, themselves. After he recieved criticisms for his 'racy' act, Namjoon issued an 'apology' on their official page.

3. Condoms sighted

Fans gone nuts one time when Jin  was doing his cooking tutorial. Hawk-eyed fans immediately caught something behind Jin's back---a 'King-Sized' condom.
