---Two weeks after last chapter---

Ratchet's P.O.V.

I grumbled tiredly as Miko poked at my helm in an annoying manner, and I scolded her as she giggled when she noticed me becoming annoyed. "Miko, WHAT are you doing?" I asked, glaring at her with agitation. She smirked. "Annoying a grumpy Autobot medic, what are YOU doing?" She retorted, and I made a 'hmph' noise. I heard a low growling noise from behind me and I turned around, seeing an angry Skylynx in her gryphon form, walking under my table and laying down, wrapping her wings around her helm. Miko opened her mouth to say something, but I glared at her and she closed her mouth, quickly speed-walking away. I vented and knelt down, peeking my helm under the table, only for her tail to smack me away, and she made a small whine. I grunted and looked at Lynx sternly. "Young femme, what was that for?" I asked her, a small amount of anger in my voice. She just whined again, swishing her tail across the ground, making a metal-scratching-metal noise. I vented again, peeking my helm under the table one again, and I saw a small puddle of coolant on the ground. I looked at my 'daughter' sympathetically, and touched her left wing with a digit, causing her to turn her helm over to me. Her green optics were filled with fresh coolant, and an angry expression plastered across her faceplates. She scrambled up from under the table, anger still on her faceplates, and she landed on the top of the table, glaring at me as coolant fell down her face. "What's wro--" I was interrupted by an angry Skylynx. "Where's my Carrier!?" She screeched, transforming into her bot form and glaring up at me. She had gotten taller in the past two weeks, and had learned almost all of the vocabulary. I looked at her in shock... She had never shouted at me before, and I wasn't sure how to react. "Wh-what?" I staggered back, and she growled at me. "Where's. My. Carrier!?" She shouted again, and I realised what she was so angry about. I vented and she continued to glare at me. "Who told you?" I asked tiredly. "Wheeljack." She said in a frustrated tone, and she crossed her servos. I grumbled frustratedly and looked down at Lynx. "We found you on a crashed escape pod with two offline Predacons, and you were with the one female Predacon, whom I assumed was your Carrier... When we took you to base, you assumed I was your Sire, and I grew to love you....Lynx.. I'm sorry." I didn't know what else to say, other than the truth. I looked down to the young Predacon, and her optics were wide and once again filled with fresh coolant, and she looked down at her pedes silently. "Lynx, I---" "NO! Shut up! Shut up!" She screamed, interrupting me and quickly transforming into her gryphon form. She flew out of the medbay angrily, and I heard an angry screech from outside the medbay, making me vent sadly.

Wheeljack's P.O.V.

"WHEELJACK!!!" I turned around quickly as I heard somebody yelling, and I saw Ratchet angrily storming towards me. I stood up straight and looked at him, confused. "What's gotten you upset?" I asked, and he glared at me with his cyan optics. "Oh you know what, Wheeljack! You told Lynx about her Carrier!!" I backed away slightly and put my servos up defensively. "Whoa, hey, I didn't mean to upset her or anything. And I just told her about MY Carrier." I retorted, and as impossible as it was, he seemed to get angrier. "I DON'T CARE!!" He screamed. "Ok, Doc. Calm down! Do you know where she went?" I asked and Ratchet took a couple deep vents. "Yes, and no. She ran out of the room when I told her about the pod." He answered, and my optics widened. Why would he tell her? She's still too young! "Okay, well I'll check her berthroom, you look around near the humans area, I've seen her go to Jack sometimes when she's upset, so  maybe she went there." I said, and Ratchet nodded. I saw concern in his optics, and put a servo on his shoulder plating. "She's fine. It's not like she would leave base."

Skylynx's P.O.V.

I wiped the coolant off my faceplates as I quickly searched through Ratchet's computer, searching for the pod my so called 'Sire' had spoken of. I needed to know who I would have been with if the Autobots hadn't taken me. I wanted to meet my Carrier. I found it, and quickly set it onto the ground bridge before turning it on, and the blue portal swirled to life. I heard the clanking of pedes and I grumbled, stepping off the chair and walking through the ground bridge.

I opened my optics hesitantly to see a dull, foggy area with a pod about 45 feet away from me. I walked towards it and stepped into the rusty, dented pod. What I saw made my spark quiver. "Oh my god..." I whispered to myself, walking around the destroyed pod. I saw a corpse, and it was dented, with rust coated over it's once dark blue and grey paint job. I walked closer to see that it was a mech, and I looked at my own paint job. "S-sire?" I said, coolant filling my optics. My voicebox broke and I looked away, putting my servos on my mouth. I walked towards another room, peeking in to find a Predacon, with it's wings wrapped around it's body. It was dead... I saw it's pale blue paint job and saw the resemblance to my own, finding little pieces of the same blue on my pedes and servos. "Carrier...." I knelt down and looked at the Predacon, putting a servo on one of her limp dragon-like wings. M-may the All Spark guide y-you..." I said quietly, before closing my optics, letting fresh coolant fall down my faceplates.
"Mourning a loved one, hmm?" I heard from behind me. I turned around, transforming into my alt. form. I spread my wings and tried to make myself look big, like Arcee told me to if I ever got in trouble. I staggered backwards when I saw the large mech in front of me. "Wh-who.... Who a-are y-y-you?" I asked, attempting to sound tougher than I actually was, but it seemed more pathetic and scared than strong. The mech chuckled menacingly and I only tried to back away more. "I am Predaking, Sparkling. What is your destination." He demanded, and I started at him hesitantly. "S-skylynx... You're a... A Predacon...." I said, and he nodded. "B-but I thought I was the only one.." I said under my vent, and he heard me. "As did I. I was cloned from powerful Predacon ancestors, what about you, young one?" He said, and I stayed silent for a second, and he stared down at me sternly. "Speak." He said loudly and I whimpered weakly. "I-I... I was raised by the Autobots... But this was my birthplace.." I said quietly, and Predaking's optics widened in anger. "Autobots are the bots who killed off our species, Sparkling. Do not trust them." He said in a loud tone, making the pod echo out his words. I looked at him in confusion. "O-optimus... Killed off our species..? I... No. No no no.. Bee wouldn't do that, Sire-- I mean.. Ratchet wouldn't.. I... I.." I put a talon on my helm in confusion, my wings folding up tightly. He knelt down and put a servo on my shoulder plating. "Come with me. We will avenge our ancestors, and your Carrier." He said, gesturing a servo to my Carrier's corpse. I lost my voicebox for a couple seconds, staring at the ground, and then glancing to Predaking. He put out a servo out, gesturing for me to take it, and I looked at for a second...
"N-no.. I'm sorry, the Autobots.. they're my family, I-I can't leave my home..." I said, pulling away from him. His yellow optics glowed with anger, and I stood up, my tail scratching on the metal floor lightly. "Insolent sparkling. You are siding with the Predacon's sworn enemy! How dare you!!!" He shouted, transforming into a large red, black, and orange dragon. My optics widened in fear, and he screeched out a roar. I flew out of the way as he attempted to lunge at me with his huge talons. I screeched in fear as he lunged at me once again, and I was unable to move out of the way, one of his claws making a large scrape on my backside near my right wing. I cried in pain and the angry Predacon laughed maliciously. I closed my optics, ready for another strike from his claws, but none came. I opened my optics to find him on the ground, struggling under Bumblebee and Bulkhead's servos, who had tackled him. Ratchet ran towards me, scooping me up with concern and anxiety in his cyan optics. He whispered in my audio receptors. "It's okay, it's okay... You'll be okay, Lynx. Stay with me." He said quickly, and the sounds around me became quieter and my optics became heavy. I closed my optics as I lost consciousness.

---Time Skip---

I opened my optics tiredly, feeling a stinging pain in my backside. "Uhh... O-owww...." I transformed quickly, causing a strong pain to shoot up my spine and I yelped. I felt a servo on my chestplate, gently setting me back down on the medical berth. "Stay down... You won't heal unless you don't stay still, kid." I heard Wheeljack's voicebox and I saw his white, red, and green figure. I nodded weakly and I heard Ratchet's voicebox. "Wheeljack, could you leave?" He asked, and the wrecker nodded, leaving the room quietly. I heard Ratchet vent, and I looked up at him. "S-sire... I-I'm sorry.." I said, and my Sire pulled me into a gentle hug. "Don't ever do that again.. please." His voicebox broke mid-sentence, and I hugged him back, coolant filling my optics and falling down my faceplates. "Th-there are more of m-me... I-I..." I didn't finish my sentence, due to more coolant falling down. "Shh, it's okay, you'll be alright..." I hugged him tighter and continued to cry.

--So here's the drama I've been working on for about a day and a half, so hope ya like it! This time, I actually wrote it down in my notebook, but I usually just make up my fanfics as it goes! So, yeah, this one's special I guess, cuz it took longer than usual, and it's probably the longest chapter so far, lol--
