PRELUDE - THE BEAUTY

" Surrender Mia Belle. I'm not good when it comes to controlling my temper! " I heard him vociferated from nowhere.

My breathe is hitching while my sweats are rapidly rippling down my body. My eyes are getting blury because of the unprecedented fear I am feeling and my heart's beating loudly as I am trembling when horror slowly succumbs me, but I didn't dare to stop nor look back.

Run. Run. Run.

That's all I do without even knowing if I could reach the end of this forest or if it's even a safe place. All I need at this moment is to break free from the cage he built me in the form of a castle, eventhough I don't know what awaits me in the end.

Slowly my feets are getting numb and wobbled as if I'll trip anytime if I continue running fast. Hindi ko na kaya, kanina pa ako takbo ng takbo at hinahabol ng sa tingin ko ay isang batalyong mga tauhan nya.

I searched for a place to hide for a while and spotted a huge tree. Sobrang laki nito na kasyang kasya ang buong katawan ko sa pagitan ng mga naglalakihang ugat nito.

I tried to calm myself to process everything but I always end up panicking more as I'm slowly figuring out how fucked I am right now. Hinahabol ang hininga habang pilit na pinipigil ang hikbi at nalulunod sa sariling luha. Dinama ko rin ang mga paang namamanhid na sa pagod at sakit sanhi ng mga sugat pati ang aking mga braso na puno ng galos dahil sa mga nadaanang sanga.

I could throw a pity party after surviving this shits. Sobrang awang awa ako sa sarili dahil bakit ko kaialanganing danasin to? I honestly want to give up because of all the pain I'm feeling right now but I won't let that asshole win me over.

Hinding hindi ako susuko sakanya. Marry his ass. I won't marry him after I saw how heartless and merciless is he. He's an evil!

Natigil ako sa pagngingitngit ng may marinig na kaluskos sa likod.

" She's near " I heard someone whisphered.

The footsteps are nearing me and I couldn't even move a bit because they might hear me.
Pero base sa ingay ng mga yapak nila palapit na sila ng palapit sa akin at kung hindi ako gagalaw at tatakbo paalis sa pwesto na to malamang na mahuhuli na nga ako.

" She's there! " I heard someone shouted and as if on cue my feets moved on its own to run.

My reflexes responded the fear I am feeling that made me run faster than they are. Pero natigil ako nang may biglang malaking nilalang ang tumalon sa harap ko mula kung saan.

" AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! " I made a loud scream that shatter the whole forest.

Hindi ako makahinga at parang napako na sa kinatatayuan ko lalo na ng nadagdagan pa ito ng apat. I don't know what kind of creature they are. They looked like big big wolves with growling teeths and red raging eyes.

They're growling and in position to attack me. Hindi ko alam ang gagawin, dahil sa palagay ko ay aatake sila sa akin sa oras na gumalaw ako. Ohghad! I didn't know what kind of sin I commited in my life to deserve this catastrophic events of my life. Why do I have to face this?!

One of them stepped forward that made me step back and as if a sign they all roared loudly and are about to strike me.

Ipinikit ko ng mariin ang mga mata ko at hinanda ang sarili sa sakit na mararamdaman, but instead of pain I feel a warm feeling that wrapped my system as if I already reached the uppermost level of security.

Unti unti kong idinilat ang mga mata ko at natagpuan ang sariling yakap yakap ng isang matangkad at matipunong lalaki. I know it's him but I lost the energy to fight and push him away.

Pakiramdam ko ay hinigop nya na ang lahat ng natitirang lakas ko at nagpaubaya na sakanya. He's ruling out my system as if fooling me that his arms are my safe place.

Tumingin ako sakanyang likod at nakita ang mga nilalang na parang malalaking lobo na ngayon ay kalmado na at akala mo ay mga maaamong tuta.

I sighed as a relief as I remembered the fear I felt earlier, akala ko ay yun na ang ikamamatay ko.

Tumingin ako sa lalaking nasa harap ko nang bigla nyang idinikit ang kanyang noo sa akin. I still can't see his face but I can feel the warmth of his touch. I can't feel anything but I can soundly hear the loud beating of my heart, I don't know if it's because of my running or because of the presence of this man.

I can feel his intense look directed in my eyes. I put my hands on his hard chest and just like mine it's booming so fast and I don't know why but that makes me smile.

" I'll never let you go away from me Mia Belle. You're mine forever "

The coldness of his voice sent chills down my spine and slowly ... it drowns me to the world of darkness.
