I shrugged. "I don't know your the specialist here. I honestly don't think we have a purpose."

"We gave a purpose." He said with a smirk. "Our purpose is reproduction." He added.

"Asshole." I laughed glaring playfully at him. He just smirked at me.

His smirk faded and was replaced with a serious expression. "Okay, I have a question for you. It's serious so please answer it." He paused for a moment. I looked at him with a puzzled look. "Do you believe in the Moon Goddess?" He asked seriously.

Did I? I don't know. I have never really thought about it. The Moon Goddess is the one who brings mates together. She's the one who created them.

"I honestly don't know. I like to believe she's just a normal werewolf just like us but with an eternal life. I just can't wrap my mind around the fact that she chooses mates. How does she do that?" I said confused at the last part. Blake looked relieved when I said I didn't know.

Would he hate me if I told him I didn't believe in her?

"No I wouldn't I could never hate you." He told me, he must have heard what I was thinking. "I asked you that because my biological parents told me about her. And you're right, she is a werewolf but not a normal one. She can't age because she had an overdose of those anti-aging pills. After that she just stayed 17 forever. That means she will never find her mate unless there is a cure that will make her age again. She was born just like us with all the powers, but she also had the power to make people fall in love with each other. She developed that power and she could choose mates for people on earth all theway from Mars, just at the age of 15. No one has seen her for quite a while. People think it's messing with the mate bonds."

That sentence went over my mind a lot of times. Is that the reason why Jennifer felt those sparks when she touched Ethan?

What if she didn't just disappeared to go on a small vacation?

Blake seemed to hear my thoughts because he was looking at me with wide eyes.

"What if the Moon Goddess is in danger?" We both said at the same time.

We stared at each other with wide eyes. I bit my lip again, not knowing what to say. Blake growled. "You're biting your lip again, you know what that means." He said grabbing my face planting his lips on mine.

"Kate, only you can have sex after someone told you they're from another planet!" Jennifer exclaimed laughing.

"Who said I had sex?" I said eying her. "And how are you so calm about this?"

"The look on your damn face says it all!"

She sighed before saying. "I don't know why I am so calm, it's a lot of information for now. I guess I stay calm because you did too. That kind of means for me it's okay? I don't know actually I'm just okay with the fact that Blake's from Mars and that the Moon Goddess might be in danger."

After she said the last part her eyes widened. "Oh my gosh the Moon Goddess might be in danger, that's why I felt sparks with Ethan. She may have made a mistake with me and Ethan because my true mate is Stephen." She said and then her face turned off all the emotions. It was like she was in some sort of shock.

As I was about to try to get Jennifer out of her 'state', I heard a door open and I turned away from Jennifer. Addison came walking in with a smirk on her face. When she saw a emotionless Jennifer her smirk faded.
