1.23 Werewolves, Witches, Vampires, Humans

I looked at the people in the inner courtyard.

Me "Well, the Mikaelsons know how to throw a party"

I looked at the front gate and saw Genevieve, Davina, Monique and the other harvest girl walking in. 

Coming in from the other side were Hayley and her pack. 

I walked downstairs to Diego and the other Vampires "Behave tonight, Diego"

Diego put his hands up in defends "i'll do my best"

Me "let's hope that, for your sake "

I took the drink out of his hand and walked around. 

I could feel two pair of eyes staring at me.

I looked around and saw Nik talking to Genevieve upstairs. 

Nik was talking to her but looking at me. 

Then i saw Oliver's eyes on me. 

I smirked and walked to him  "it's rude to stare"

Oliver "I'm sorry, my princess"

I corrected him "It's Queen"

Oliver chuckled "i'm sorry, my queen"

I took a sip of my drink and walked away. 

Then I heard Nik and Genevieve talking.

Genevieve "Looking for your ex?"

Nik "Don't tell me you are jealous of Ariana, Love."

I smirked.

Genevieve "just curious why you fancy her...she seems so sneaky and backstabbing."

I raised an eyebrow. 

Nik "Well, there were times i found that attractive"

My heart just broke. 

I looked around hurt and met Elijah's gaze.

He made a step to me but i shook my head. 

Then i saw Oliver flirting with Davina and walked over to them. 

I heard Oliver asking Davina for her name to dance with her but Monique stepped in.

Monique "her name is Monique"

I walked to them " Actually, her name is Ariana but you can dance with the witch"

Monique glared at me but i winked at Davina. 

Davina smiled but then scoffed at Monique and walked out.

I followed her.

Me "D. Wait"

She turned to me "What?"

Me "What's going on?"

Davina "I can't practice magic. They hate me"

I hugged her "everything is going to be okay."

She nodded " i just need time"

I nodded and she walked away. 

I sighed and walked back inside.

Diego was provoking Oliver. Francesca stood there, enjoying it. 

 I walked to them "Diego, what did i tell you?"

Diego "I'm just telling the truth"

Me "Then stop. This party is important. Don't screw it up. I mean it, for both of you"

Then i looked at Francesca "I wouldn't get involved in that. "

Suddenly Diego pushed Oliver.

Me "Diego!"

Oliver fell against a table.

Diego speeded at him. 

Elijah tore them apart and held Oliver against a table "end this. I'm not asking again. "

Jackson "oh we will end it"

I saw him holding a stake against Diego's chest.

Hayley asked "What's stopping you? kill him. I mean it's not like he deserves to die. "

I was standing by Francesca. 

Nik was standing next to her.

Francesca to Nik "Shouldn't you do something?

Nik smirked "Why would i? this party just got interesting."

I rolled my eyes.

Hayley "i mean it was Oliver who handed over Rebekah to the witches, so they could torture her. But again, wasn't it Diego who lead a Werewolf massacre last month?. And the witches coursed the Werewolves and the humans stood back and let it all happen. So when you think about it, everyone here deserves to die"

Elijah "Are you making a point?"

Hayley "my point Elijah, is this. If we all can't learn to get along, if our families can't create some sort of community then what's the point of all this?. What's the point?. Kill each other and get it all over with."

Elijah let go of Oliver. Jackson let go of Diego.

The party was over. Everyone went home. Diego, Hayley, Elijah, Francesca and i were standing around a table. Elijah put the new New Orleans contract on the table. Everyone cut opened their palm and let their blood drop into a cup.

Then we set our sign with our blood on the contract.

I was in my room when there was a knock on my door. 

Elijah walked in through the open door. 

I sighed, shaking my head "I am tired, Elijah"

Elijah "About tonight-"

I sighed  "i don't wanna hear it"

Elijah "it was a lie. What he said,  was a lie?"

I crossed my arms over my chest "was it really?"

Elijah looked at me confused. 

Me "Everyone keeps telling me that he still loves me. But everything he does proofs that that is not the case anymore"

Elijah "He is with her to distract himself from you"

I nodded "mhmm, because he's hurt? Well, news flash, i am hurt too. But you don't see me jumping in bed with traitors. He wants to forget his feelings for me? fine. Both can play this game"

Elijah "You are playing with the fire"

Me "Since i first told him i loved him"

Elijah chuckled "Good night, Ari"

Me "Goodnight, 'Lijah"

Then i watched him walking out.
