Savior(twd fanfic)

Prologue- Broken but not shattered.

Sounds and phones ringed within the doctor's office some people groaning. Biancas eyes slowly opened with a splitting headache. She looked around feeling her head, feeling a line  stitched upon her forehead, licking her lips tasteing blood from a open gash. She let out a breath, eyeing a doctor whom walked in. "Ah Miss Ramirez, you're awake." She nodded tense. "yeah.. w-why am i in a hospital bed." The doctor made his way to the bed as Bianca spoke. " Well your neighbour found you passed out on the bottom of the stairs. It's a miracle you survived." Bianca smiled slightly. "But." the doctor interrupted the glee. "Your baby girl did not." Bianca tensed her eyes growing wide. she slowly reached and placed her hand on her stomach as tears came to her eyes.  The doctor sighed. "Your Uterus was ruptured and the baby.. well.. was squished.. we.. had to.. perform a complete hysterectomy upon your body or you would not be talking to me now." She slowly looked down as memories came flooding into her mind like a river. She could see the baby's father screaming at her yelling at her and eventually shoving her down the stairs. She stared at the blanket gripping them in her  sore hands. "D-did you find my bo-..The man who did this." The doctor shook his head. "As far as i know the cops said he was nowhere to be seen". Bianca nodded however stayed looking at the sheets. The doctor softly rubbed her back. "I am.. so sorry... Just know you may be broken.. But you are not shattered." Bianca slowly looked up. The doctor looked in her eyes. " You're still a beautiful woman, and that man will get his karma." he smiled and left her to rest. Bianca slowly turned her head to look out the window letting out a breath. She swore from that day on... if she ever say that man again.. she wouldn't hesitate to shoot him where he stood. However, after during days of recovery, bianca had no idea that the world would soon be as broken as her
