She saw Glenn, Tara, Noah, and Deanna's son getting into the van.

She waved to them from in the distance.

She walked towards Deanna, Reg, and Maggie.

"Good morning," Katie said.

"Morning," they all said in unison.

Maggie continued to walk with Katie and Judith.

"Are you okay? It looked like something was bothering you last night," Maggie said.

"I'm alright now. It was silly," Katie said, trying to avoid the subject.

She really did feel better.

She knew that her family thought she was good enough and that they loved her and that was all that mattered.

"How are you feeling?" Katie asked.

"Honestly? Crappy. I'm nauseous and tired and there's nothing I can do about it," Maggie said.

"Once you're out of this first trimester, all of that will go away. At least it did for me. Are you and Glenn excited?" Katie said.

"We are excited. Anxious. Nervous. Terrified. Happy. Worried," Maggie said with a light laugh.

"Welcome to parenthood," Katie laughed.

"Those literally never go away. They just fluctuate in which one you feel the most," Katie laughed.

"What time do we have to be at Deanna's by?" Maggie asked.

"We have about an hour and a half before she's expecting us," Katie replied.

"Have you seen Rick? I need to talk to him. He had already left when I woke up," Katie asked her.

"What? Are you pregnant too?" Maggie joked.

"Ha. Ha. Very funny, Mags," Katie said with a fake laugh.

"I saw him a street over," Maggie said.

"Thanks," Katie said.

Katie pushed the stroller towards where Maggie said she last saw Rick.

He was walking down the alleyway.

He was wearing his new police uniform.

He looked really nice.

"Rick!" Katie called to him.

He turned around and smiled at her.

They started walking towards each other.

"Good morning," Rick said softly.

"Morning," Katie said back.

"I hated to leave you alone this morning, but Deanna asked me to com out early--" Rick explained.

"I understand. You missed something big," Katie said with a big smile.

"What happened? Is everything okay?" Rick asked.

"Judith, here, said her first word this morning," Katie smiled.

Rick smiled and walked towards the stroller.

He picked up Judith and smiled at her.

"What did you say, Judy? You gonna tell daddy?" Rick asked the baby.

"She said mama," Katie said.

Rick looked up and smiled at Katie.

"If it was me who woke her up, she would've said dada," Rick joked.
